The apartment is located in a renovated old building with beautiful high ceilings and extends over two levels. On the ground floor are the common areas (including guest toilet and storage room) and on the 1st floor are the rooms and a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub and washing machine. The whole apartment is furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen. In the living room there are many plants, a comfortable couch and a large dining table where you can have dinner comfortably.
So besides your room, there are plenty of common areas, all of which we enjoy using and strengthen the sense of community. Our personal highlight is the outdoor area, which is directly accessible from our staircase. We like to spend some warm summer evenings together or with friends. If you're also up for some relaxed barbecues or movie nights (we're the proud owners of a projector) or even more ideas, you've come to the right place.
Now about your room:
In our WG a 19m2 room plus 7m2 balcony will be available from the beginning of September, as our beloved roommate Patricia is unfortunately leaving us. The rent is 483 € cold, to which additional costs for electricity, gas and internet have to be added (149,20 € electricity and gas & 8 € internet).
The apartment is directly adjacent to Reinprechtsdorferstraße and is therefore located in the heart of the 5th district. You can reach Matzleinsdorfer Platz (Bim, S-Bahn) and the U4 (Pilgramgasse) within about 10 minutes walk. For an even faster connection we have the bus lines 59A and 14A right around the corner and also by bike you are quickly in the other districts! Also some stores (Billa, Spar, Lidl, Hofer, Bipa, DM) and bakeries are in the immediate vicinity, the Naschmarkt you can reach within a walk of 20 minutes.
Our flat life so far has been very uncomplicated and harmonious! We like to sit together in the evening and talk about the day, watch a movie together or cook together. From time to time friends of us come over, but of course you are always welcome. We would also be happy if you bring your friends and thus bring a breath of fresh air into the flat!
Because we have so much space, you definitely won't get on each other's nerves and everyone will find their place of retreat if you just want some peace and quiet.
Cleanliness and order should not be a foreign word to you, we have a well-functioning cleaning schedule and everyone also makes sure in between that a certain basic order prevails.

Hello, I am Ariannee! I'm 25 years old, I'm an English translator and I moved to Vienna from Argentina a couple of months ago to start a new chapter in my life in this lively and cosmopolitan city! I enjoy meeting new people, so I work at a hostel as a receptionist. About my personal interests, I'm into hiking, dancing salsa & bachata, techno, philosophical debates, traveling, and I'm always down for an adventure!
Hey, I'm Vici, 25 years old, form Germany and I'm part of the WG since September 2022. I started my masters in architecture here and love the student life. In my free time I like to go out with friends, explore the area and do sports. Be it gym, ballet or new sports - I'm into it!
Other than that, I like to spend time outside in parks, at parties, or at open-air events. I also love to cook and bake, and when it comes to baking, the WG benefits the most!
Now for you: You should ideally already have some shared flat experience and a desire to have a friendly relationship with us. We are tolerant and open-minded people and would like to have a flatmate with the same views. Problems and questions will be communicated openly and honestly. In general, we are looking for a roommate who plans to stay longer with us in the flat :)
Patricia would like to leave the bed, some shelves and the closet in the room so you don’t need to worry about that. Therefore she would like to have 220€ to an addition to the 250€ for the shared furniture in the common rooms. If you got any questions just contact us.
