Wir ermutigen besonders auch Angehörige marginalisierter Gruppen sich bei uns zu melden :) BIPoC, Hijabis, Geflüchtete, LGBTQI+, Menschen, die sich nicht dem binären System zuordnen, Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen oder Lernschwierigkeiten und Menschen aller Kulturen und Länder sind bei uns herzlich willkommen :)
Unsere wunderschöne Wohnung hat 5 Zimmer:
Schlafzimmer,
Wohnzimmer mit Küche,
Arbeits/Ankleideraum,
Kreativraum,
Privatzimmer
Toilette und Badezimmer mit Badewanne
Es gibt bei uns also keine eigenen Zimmer!
Trotzdem hat man hier oft das Gefühl als würde einem die ganze Wohnung allein gehören, wir haben alle recht unterschiedliche Stundenpläne & um Privatsphäre zu haben, muss man deshalb oft nicht mal ins Privatzimmer ^^
Die meiste Zeit über sind von 8 personen nur 4 zu Hause & die verteilen sich gut auf fünf Zimmer :P
Obwohl unser Alltag sehr unterschiedlich ist, legen wir viel Wert darauf, Zeit miteinander zu verbringen & deshalb ist es auch oft sehr belebt & bunt ^^ (vor allem im Wohnzimmer) 🌈 Wir machen Spieleabende, gehen zusammen abends aus, touren durch Wiens Second Hand Shops, Spazieris und Park, Filmeabende, zusammen kochen und noch viel mehr 🌈 Und natürlich sind wir immer offen für neue Activities von Dir zum WG-Leben ;)
Hellooo 🌵 We are Tara, Marla, Johanna, Laura, Kurt, Caro and Tim :) We are looking for some new roomies who'd like to share a bedroom with us :)
We encourage members of marginalized groups to get in touch with us :) BIPoC, hijabis, refugees, LGBTQI+, people who don't identify with the binary system, people with physical limitations or learning difficulies, and people from all cultural backgrounds and countries are warmly welcome here! =)
Our lovely flat has got five rooms:
bedroom
living room + open kitchen
work space/ dressing room
creativity room
private room
toilet + bathroom with a bathtub
So no one has got their own room, all rooms in our flat are shared and commonly used :)
Nonetheless, it often feels like the entire flat were urs cuz we all got quite different timetables, so that often enough u don't even have to go to the private room for some privacy^^ During the day roughly four out of eight people are home, and those spread out quite well across five rooms :P
Even tho our everyday lives are very different, we care a lot about spending time together 🌈 And therefore it's often lively and colorful, especially in the living room, the flat's heart <3 We have game evenings, spend time outside the flat together in the park, while on walkies, or when touring around the local second hand shops, movie nights, cooking and eating together and many more :) And of course we are more than happy about ur additional, personal input to our flat life :)
Unsere Wohnung ist ganz nah beim Hauptbahnhof & dem Belvedere & botanischen Garten
Der Fahrradweg neben unserem Haus is auch hammer und führt direkt runter zur Karlskirche
Eine extrem angenehme, grüne, ruhige Gegend🍃
Our flat is super close to the main train station and super close to the Belvedere castle and garden and the botanic garden 🍃
The biking lane next to our house is awesome and leads directly down to Karlscurch
The lovely location is so soothingly green and quiet 🍃
Bis auf Unterwäsche und Zahnbürste teilen wir alles was nicht mit einem Namen beschriftet wurde ‚‘-}
Der Kreativraum ist wo viel gehämmert und gebaut oder gemalt und musiziert wird (bei partys wird er zu unserem Bierpong zimmer :P)
Im Arbeits/Ankleideraum ist unser gemeinsamer Kleiderschrank (wo jeder teilt so viel er*sie mag), unsere Bibliothek und der Lern- und Arbeitsbereich.
Das Privatzimmer ist der Ort an dem man auch mal die Tür zu machen und allein sein kann & auch unser Gästezimmer
Das Schlafzimmer ist unser Baumhaus ^^ Zwei Stockwerke hoch durch die wundervolle, selbstgebaute Gallerie :)
Jeder von uns hat zwar sein eigenes Bett, aber wir schlafen alle im gleichen Raum
Except for underwear and toothbrushes we share everything that isn't name tagged ;-)
The creativity room is the place to be for arts and crafts, building and constructing as well as making music :) (during parties it effortlessly transforms into our beer pong room :P )
In our working / dressing room is our communal closet (where everyone shares as much as she*he wants), our library on the cosssy gallery, and the study and work space
The private room is the place where u are always free to close the door behind u and spend some time by urself as well as our guest room.
The bedroom is our tree house ^^ Two stories high with an amazing self-built gallery!
All of us have their own bed, but we all sleep in the same room
Was wir uns von unseren neuen Mitbewohnis wünschen :)
1) Kommunikation !!!!!!!!!!
So ein enges zusammenleben geht nicht ohne einer ausgeprägten Kommunikation, das heißt auch dass du dich selbst gut genug kennen musst um zu wissen was du brauchst & wo deine Grenzen sind
Wir müssen uns für einander verletzlich zeigen & bereit sein Zeit zu investieren um an uns zu arbeiten wenn Konflikte entstehen
2) Zeit für die Gemeinschaft, es wäre schade wenn du nur zum Schlafen & Lernen nach Hause kommst, hab Zeit für uns 🫶 für die Gemeinschaft & die to do‘s
3) Chronisches Schnarchen is leider ein no go, außerdem gibt es in unserem schlafzimmer nur einen Wecker pro person (kein snooze drücken!)
Ps: Wenn dir irgendwas davon nicht gefällt, wie z.B deine Kleidung zu teilen, dann können wir auch eine personalisierte Lösung dafür finden ;)
Bitte sag Bescheid, welches Einzugsdatum für Dich gut wäre und wie lange Du ca. in der WG wohnen möchtest.
Und schreib gerne ein bisschen ausführlicher über Dich, was Du gern machst und was Dir an Zusammenleben wichtig ist und was Du gerne mit Mitbewohnis unternehmen würdest :) Wir freuen uns auf Dich!
Alle neuen Mitbewohnis können auch gern zum Probeschlafen kommen vor dem Einziehen 🌿
What we wish for in our new roomies:)
1) Communication!!!!
Such close living together can't be done without a lot of open and honest communication. This means u need to know urself well enough to know what ur needs and boundaries are.
We need to show ourselves vulnerable and be open to invest time into working on ourselves when conflicts arise.
2) Time for togetherness, it would be a shame if u only came home to sleep and study. Have time for us 🫶 for community and for the to dos
3) Unfortunately (or luckily ;) ) chronic snoring is a no-go. Other than that, everyone has got only one vibration alarm (no snoozing)
P.S. If u don't feel comfy with something, let us know, we are happy to find an individual solution for you <3 e.g. if u don't want to share ur cloths.
Pls let us know which moving in date would be suitable for u and for how long u’d live in the flat roughly speaking.
We r looking forward to hearing from u! Please go into some detail and write about urslef, what u like to do, what matters to u in flat sharing, and what u'd like to do with ur roomies =)
All new roomies are welcome to come over for a try-out stay-over before moving in 🌿
