Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß und sofort verfügbar. Aktuell befinden sich darin Bett inkl. Matratze, Nachtschränkchen, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Glasvitrine, kleine Kommode und ein Kleiderschrank.

Das Bett inkl. Matratze, Nachtschränkchen und Schreibtisch sind alle ungefähr ein Jahr alt und wurden damals neu bei Ikea gekauft. Diese können gegen eine Ablöse von 300€ VHB übernommen werden.
Die Glasvitrine, Kommode und der Kleiderschrank gehören den Vermietern und sind in der Miete enthalten.

Das Fenster liegt Richtung Innenhof, d.h. du guckst aus dem Fenster ein bisschen ins Grüne und es ist schön ruhig. Morgens hast du die Sonne im Zimmer.

The room is about 15 m² and available immediately. Currently, there are bed incl. mattress, bedside cabinet, desk , glass cabinet, small chest of drawers and a closet.

The bed including mattress, bedside cabinet and desk with chair are all about a year old and were purchased new from Ikea at the time. These can be taken over against a redemption of 300£ VHB.
The glass cabinet, dresser and closet belong to the landlords and are included in the rent.

The window is facing the courtyard, which means you look out the window a bit into the greenery and it is nice and quiet. In the morning you have the sun in the room.

Badner Bahn, Linie 61: S-Bahnstation Längenfeldgasse/Flurschützstraße - ca. 2 Minuten Fuß, diese fahren in ca. 20 Minuten direkt zur Oper/Stadtzentrum
U4/U6: U-Bahn-Stationen Längenfeldgasse bzw. Niederhofstraße - ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Zur Meidlinger Hauptstraße sind es ebenfalls ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Supermärkte, Friseure, Apotheke sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß).

Zum Schloss Schönbrunn braucht man ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder fährt mit dem Bus oder der U-Bahn, dort kann man super Spazieren gehen oder joggen. Außerdem gibt es den Business Park Wienerberg und das angeschlossene Erholungsgebiet (kleiner 'Wald' mit großem See) in der Nähe.

Schloss Schönbrunn isn't far away, either. 20 minutes by foot or you can take the bus or subway to go there for a walk or a run. The Business Park Wienerberg and the recreational area 'Wienerberg' are about 30 minutes by foot or you can take a bus.

Da ich meine Pilotenausbildung Ende des Jahres abschließen werde und deshalb wieder in die Heimat ziehe, wird mein Zimmer frei. Deine Mitbewohner sind dann:
- Clara (20) Student,
- Florian (24), zum BWL-Studium nach Wien gezogen und arbeitet hier auch.

Wir sind beide gesellig und an einem harmonischen Zusammenleben interessiert. Gegen ein gutes Gläschen Wein oder ein Bier und eine nette Unterhaltung am Abend im Wohnzimmer oder auf der Dachterrasse haben wir beide nichts einzuwenden, eine Party-WG sind wir aber nicht. Wir freuen uns auf nette, aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner.

I have had to move out to accommodate my sound needs as a regularly practicing and performing musicians. Your roommates will be:

- Florian (24), moved to Vienna to study business and also works here.

We're both socialable people and interested in living together harmoniously in the flat. Although it's not a 'Party-WG', we are happy to enjoy a good glass of wine or a bottle of beer in the evening and have a chat in our large living room or on the rooftop. We're looking forward to nice and open new flatmates.

Die Wohnung

Neben den einzelnen Zimmern haben wir ein großes (30m²) Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Sofas, Fernseher und halboffener Küche. Hier kann man gut kochen, essen oder einfach mal auf der Couch chillen. Das große Highlight der Wohnung ist natürlich der 25m lange Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Egal ob kurz abkühlen, Bahnen schwimmen oder in der Sonne liegen, alles ist möglich und wird von uns häufig gemacht. Man hat einen super Blick über Wien. Die Dachterrasse ist von Mai bis Oktober geöffnet. Zusätzlich gibt es noch zwei Saunen, die ganzjährig genutzt werden können

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorzimmer, der genügend Platz für einen Kleider- Schuhschrank bietet, einer offenen und modernen Wohn-Küche mit hochwertigen Bosch-Geräten, drei Schlafzimmer (2 davon mit Nische für einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank), einen Abstellraum, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einen Waschmaschinenanschluss sowie ein separates WC.

Alle Zimmer sind getrennt / separat begehbar und haben eine Trenntür zwischen Wohnzimmer und Flur!

-The apartment

Next to the individual rooms we have a large (30m²) living room with a table, couches, TV and semi-open kitchen. Here you can cook well, eat or just chill on the couch. The highlight of the apartment is of course the 25m long pool on the roof terrace. Whether briefly cool off, swim lanes or lie in the sun, everything is possible and we often enjoy this. One has a super view over Vienna. The roof terrace is open from May to October. In addition, there are two saunas, which can be used all year round.
