Das gemütliche Zimmer hat ein Hochbett, eine Kommode, einen liegesessel, eine kleine Couch & einen Couchtisch. Die Wohnung hat zwei große Wohnzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und eine geräumige Küche! Ein Wohnzimmer wird gerne zum gemeinsamen chillen & fernsehen genutzt, das andere Wohnzimmer während Prüfungsphasen zum Lernen oder gemeinsam Essen!
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, der mit einem Aufzug erreicht werden kann! Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, der gern zum Rauchen genutzt werden kann!:)
The cozy room has a bunk bed, a chest of drawers, a chair to lay down, a small couch and a coffee table. The apartment has two large living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen! One living room is often used for chilling and watching TV together, the other living room for studying during exam phases or eating together!
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, which can be reached with an elevator! There is a small balcony that can be used for smoking! :)
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im dritten Bezirk Wiens. Zu Fuß sind es nur 4 Min zur S-Bahn Station Rennweg und Tram Station 71 & O.
Zu Wien Mitte fährt man entweder 1 Station mit der Sbahn oder geht cirka 15-20 Min zu Fuß. Von dort fahren die U-Bahnen U3 & U4.
The apartment is centrally located in the third district of Vienna. It is only a 4-minute walk to the S-Bahn station Rennweg and tram station 71 & O.
To get to Wien Mitte, you either take the Sbahn 1 station or walk about 15-20 minutes. From there the subways U3 & U4 run.
Wir sind alle Student*innen im Alter von 23-25 Jahren. Unsere WG ist sehr offen & freut sich immer gemeinsam Sachen zu unternehmen! Vor allem im Sommer sind wir oft an der Donau schwimmen oder am Abend in Bars oder Parks.
Grundsätzlich gilt: alles kann, nichts muss!:)

Vincent (24): Studiert Publizist & Politikwissenschaften, veranstaltet wöchtenlich ein Pub Quiz & hat einen eigenen Podcast
Nick (25): Studiert Medizin, kocht gern (am liebsten Ramen), spielt Basketball & geht gern ins Gym
Amelie (23): Studiert Biologie, lernt gerade Bass, ist gern mit Freund*innen draußen unterwegs & mag birden (gemeinsam mit Caro)
Caro (25): Studiert Biologie, geht gerne am Abend mit Freund*innen was trinken, kocht gern zusammen mit Amelie
We are all students aged 21-24. Our shared apartment is very open and always happy to do things together! Especially in summer we often go swimming on the Danube or in bars or parks in the evening. The basic rule is: everything can, nothing has to! :)

Vincent (24): Studies journalism and political science, organizes a weekly pub quiz and has his own podcast
Nick (25): Studies medicine, likes to cook (preferably ramen), plays basketball & likes to go to the gym
Amelie (23): Studies biology, is currently learning bass, enjoys being outside with friends & likes birding (together with Caro)
Caro (25): Studies biology, likes to go out for drinks with friends in the evenings, likes to cook with Amelie
Das Zimmer steht nur im von Februar - Juni zur Vermietung! :)
