Die Lage der WG ist wirklich super!

In 4 Minuten ist man an der U3 Station Ottakring und der danebenliegenden S45.
Zudem fahren die Straßenbahnlinien 44, 46, 49 und 10 zwei Gehminuten entfernt ab. Auch die Busse 45A, 46A, 46B und 48A fahren nahegelegen ab. Zu keiner Station muss man über 5 Minuten zu Fuß gehen!

The location is really great!

In 4 minutes you are at the U3 station Ottakring and the S45.
In addition, the Tram lines 44, 46, 49 and 10 leave two minutes away by foot. Buses 45A, 46A, 46B and 48A also leave nearby. No need to more than 5 minute to any station!

In unserer WG ändert sich gerade einiges. Unsere geliebten Mitbewohnerinnen Mia und Amira sind gerade ausgezogen. Samira und Emilia übernehmen deren Zimmer ab September. In der Zwischenzeit (Juli, August) werden die Zimmer zwischenvermietet (s. verlinkte Anzeigen unten).

Marvin hält die Stellung und wohnt weiterhin hier.
Kultur-Enthusiast Marvin ist 23 Jahre jung, spielt liebend gerne Klavier und hat in Wien seine neue Herzensheimat gefunden. Seine große Liebe gilt der Medizin, daher bereitet er sich momentan auf den Medizinertest vor. Nebenher regelt er so ziemlich alles Organisatorische im WG-Alltag.

Die liebenswürdigen Samira und Emilia sind beide aus Nordösterreich und ziehen nach ihrem Schulabschluss zum Studium ab September nach Wien.

Alle lieben Geselligkeit und sitzen gerne in unserer geräumigen Küche beisammen. Immer wieder machen wir Ausflüge und kochen regelmäßig zusammen. Es kann aber jeder jederzeit sein eigenes Ding machen.

A lot is changing in our shared apartment right now. Our beloved roommates Mia and Amira have just moved out. Samira and Emilia will take over their rooms in September. In the meantime (July, August) the rooms will be rented out (see linked ads below).

Marvin holds the fort and continues to live here.
Culture enthusiast Marvin is 23 years young, loves to play the piano and has found his new home in Vienna. His great love is medicine, so he is currently preparing for the medical exam. On the side, he takes care of pretty much everything organizational in the daily life of the flat-sharing community.

Lovely Samira and Emilia are both from northern Austria and will move to Vienna in September after finishing school to study.

All love to socialize and sit together in our spacious kitchen. We regularly go on outings and cook together. However, everyone can do their own thing at any time.

The best way to get to know us is to drop by or find time for a video call with us.

Ein wichtiger Bestandteil unserer WG ist unserer Saugrobotter "Gary", der einmal am Tag alle Gemeinschaftsräume saugt und wischt. Da er zu Marvin gehört, bleibt Gary da.

Zu der Wohnung gehören außerdem noch eine große Terrasse mit Feuerstelle, Grill und Tischtennisplatte. Diese nutzen wir auch gerne und regelmäßig und eigentlich ist unten immer etwas los.

Für kältere Tage gibt es auch noch einen großen (Party-)Keller mit Küche, Fernseher und Sitzmöglichkeiten.

An important part of our WG is our vacuum robot "Gary", who vacuums and mops all common rooms once a day. Since he belongs to Marvin, Gary stays there.

The apartment also has a large terrace with a fireplace, barbecue and table tennis table. We also like to use this regularly and actually there is always something going on downstairs.

For colder days there is also a large (party) basement with kitchen, TV and seating.
