My name is Elisabeth and I am traveling Latin America right now.
In the meantime I am subletting my beautiful, cozy and calm room in the 5th district of Vienna.
The room (facing the courtyard) has everything one could need, including the following:
- double bed (160cm) incl. blankets, pillows and bedding
- big closet with room for all your stuff
- desk with plenty of storage
- piano and guitar, if you can play or would like to learn it
- towels
- mirrors and some art pieces
The flat:
- kitchen/living area with TV
- bathroom (with bathtub and shower)
- toilet (seperate)
- balcony facing the green courtyard
- There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby
- Mariahilfer Straße is about 15-20 within walking distance
- There's a nice park across the street with a basketball and a soccer court
- Plenty of different supermarkets (Hofer, Spar, Lidl, Penny, Billa and smaller grocery shops) within walking distance
- Bus: 2 min.
- Tram: 5 min.
- Metro: 5-10 min. (U4, Margaretengürtel)
Your room mate will be Felix, 30 years old, from South Tyrol (Italy). He's a nice and super friendly guy working in Tech. He enjoys spending his leisure time meeting friends and riding his bike and Vespa.
Facts about WG Life:
- we like to have social gatherings with friends, but this is not a party WG
- we clean the common areas once a week and keep the flat tidy at all times
- we respect each others work and social life balance
- open to non smokers only
You should be a non smoking, open-minded and relaxed person, who wants to enjoy their time in this beautiful city. We also like to cook and eat together, talk and do sports and movies together.
You should also be tidy, mindful about your surroundings and open to meeting new and fun people.
