The room is high, spacious, and very comfortable. During the winter, it is very comfortable. During the winter it is well-heated and cozy. (A new heater was installed this year).
The apartment is located in a very well-communicated area:
U4 (Margaretengürtel)-7 minutes away by foot
U6 (Langenfeldgasse)- 10 minutes away by foot
Tram 18 and 6 station- 3 minutes away

Westbahnhof is only 4 tram stations away!
Apartment tenants are very calm and private. There are a few rules like a cleaning schedule, that makes the shared life easier and functional. You will share the flat with two amazing people, Corina and Nenad. They are both working professionals.
The minimum contract period is 1 year and can be extended accordingly. Also, the current tenant ( Me- Sukanya Koner), will leave the flat by 28th September and there is a brand fridge that will be bought next month. So, the next tenant will be required to pay the amount for the current utilities also i.e. 150 euros.
