In unserer geräumigen und hellen 4er-WG (und bald 5er) wird ab Mitte Mai ein Zimmer (13qm) frei. Durch ein großes Fenster auf der Südwestseite hast du (vor allem am Nachmittag) viel Licht. Die Möbel auf den Fotos können bei Bedarf übernommen werden (vhb). Ist aber auch kein Muss. Außerdem haben wir einen riesigen Wohn-, Ess- und (wirklich extrem gut ausgestatteten) Küchenbereich wo wir uns alle auch gern aufhalten. Dein Bad inklusive Badewanne und Fenster nutzt du zusammen mit Jakob (Fotos in der Anzeige sind vom anderen Bad).
Bei deinem Einzug teilst du dir die Wohnung mit Luis (27), Jakob (27) und Hanna (29). Linn (24) und Luis haben sich vor Kurzen dazu entschieden bald zusammenzuziehen aber weil sie sich gerade noch so wohl in der WG fühlen, kommt Linn im Sommer auch noch zu uns und die beiden teilen sich das größte Zimmer. Du wirst sie aber vorher bestimmt auch öfter bei uns in der WG zu Gesicht bekommen. Vielleicht schonmal gut für dich zu wissen: die Miete würde sich dann ab August um 60€ reduzieren.
Luis und Jakob studieren zusammen Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy an der WU und haben bald die Masterarbeit vor sich, Hanna arbeitet Vollzeit im Data Science Bereich und Linn studiert Pharmazie und ist schon fleißig am MA schreiben. Wir sind alle recht aktiv in unserer Freizeit, von Rennrad fahren, Salsa tanzen, Konzerte usw. aber finden trotzdem immer wieder mal zeit auch das WG Leben ein bisschen zu genießen.
Hello dear flat share seekers!
In our spacious and bright flat of 4 (and soon 5) a room (13sqm) will be available from mid-May. A large window on the west side gives you lots of light (especially in the afternoon).The furniture in the photos can be taken over if required (against a fee). We also have a huge living, dining and (really extremely well-equipped) kitchen area where we all like to spend time. Your bathroom, including tub and window, is shared between you and Jakob.
When you move in, you'll be sharing the apartment with Luis (27), Jakob (27) and Hanna (29). Linn (24) and Luis have recently decided to move in together, but because they still feel so comfortable in the flat, Linn will be joining us in summer and the two of them will share the largest room. But you're sure to see her in our shared flat more often before then.
Luis and Jakob are studying Socia-Ecological Economics and Policy together at WU and will soon be writing their Master's thesis, Hanna works full-time in data science and Linn is studying pharmacy and is already busy writing her MA.
We are all quite active in our free time, from biking, salsa dancing, concerts etc. but still find time to enjoy the shared flat life.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen im grünen 2. Bezirk. Augarten und Kamelitermarkt sind jeweils ca. 5min zu Fuß und auf der Donauinsel bist du mit dem Fahrrad in unter 10min. Öffis sind auch nicht weit: Taborstraße (U2) ca. 3min, Schwedenplatz (U1, U4) ca 7min, Nestroyplatz (U1) ca. 5min zu Fuß. Ins Zentrum kommst du super schnell. Einmal über den Donaukanal gehüpft und zack bist du schon mittendrin. Selbst in den 6./7./8. Bezirk kommst du mit Fahrrad und Öffis in 15-20min.
The flat is located in the beautiful 2nd district. Close to the Augarten, Prater and Donauinsel, while still being right at the city center, it is one of the best locations of the city. Additionally, public transport access is fantastic: Taborstraße (U2) is 3min, Nestroyplatz (U1) is 5min, and Schwedenplatz (U1, U4) is only 7min waking distance.
Was das WG-Leben betrifft, legen wir großen Wert auf ein offenes und ehrliches Miteinander. Die Wohnung soll für uns alle ein Ort des Wohlfühlens und des Rückzugs sein, der ausreichend Raum für individuelle Bedürfnisse und Wünsche bietet. Neben gemeinsamen Aktivitäten wie dem Kochen und Filme schauen würden wir uns freuen, wenn du Interesse daran hast, Lebensmittel gemeinsam über eine Solidarische Landwirtschaft (Solawi - Ochsenherz) zu beziehen. Im Moment teilen wir uns die gemeinsamen Einkäufe, gekocht wird auch gerne mal mehr, so dass auch noch was für die anderen übrig bleibt. Wir fänden es super wenn dir dieses Konzept auch gut passt, ist aber auch kein Muss. Einen Putzplan haben wir nicht, aber das haben wir bisher auch so gut geregelt bekommen.
Ansonsten ist bei uns immer viel los und wir haben oft Besuch von Freunden, nehmen dabei aber auch wirklich immer Rücksicht aufeinander.
As far as living in a shared flat is concerned, we value open and honest cooperation. The apartment should be a place of relaxation and comfort for all of us, offering enough space for individual needs and wishes. In addition to joint activities such as cooking and watching movies, we would be delighted if you were interested in obtaining food together via a solidarity farm (Solawi - Ochsenherz). At the moment, we share groceries/shopping and usually cook more, so that there is something left over for the others. It would be great if this concept suits you too, but it's not a must. We don't have a cleaning schedule, but we've managed well so far.
Apart from that, we always have a lot going on and we often have friends over, but we always show consideration for each other.
