Hello everyone! I’ll be going on exchange so I am subletting my room from July to December (dates can be flexible). My room is super spacious and bright, and has all you need in it, plus a very big a comfy couch :) the apartment also has everything, there is a big entrance and corridor - with lots of storage space- through which you can access the room. The kitchen is the main communal area, it is very spacious, with a big dining table and lots of seating space and a dishwasher ;) It has a big bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower, a toilet, and washing machine. Then there is another small room with a toilet. You would be living with three other people!
It is a 5 minutes walk from the U3 stop and you have the trams 1 and 0 super close as well, but in general the apartment is very central (5 minutes from Landstrasse and Wien mitte and 20 minutes from the 1st district).
The rent for the room is 450 plus utilities, which can be tricky to calculate as they change depending on the month, but more or less is 100/150 euros so the total would be 500/550.
Ps on the map of the house it looks like the three main rooms don’t have a door in-between them, but they do have one, no worries :)

The apartment is in the third district so in a very central and beautiful area.
It’s 10 miniutes by walking to Landstrasse that has everything you need, including a very cute market, any supermarket you desire, and the U3.
It is also super close to the Prater and the Donau, so very green.
We are looking for two people to move in with us from the 1st of November! We are Luna and Marina, two international girls, from the Netherlands and Italy, doing our master’s degree in Vienna :)
We found a nice apartment in the 3rd district and are looking for two roomies, students as well to move in for the first time with us, any gender and nationality is welcome! We are looking for easy going, social people to not only share an apartment but create a space that becomes home and where we all feel comfortable. There are no obligations of course but we would like someone that’s up to share a relaxing drink, meal or chat on the balcony 🍷🌞. We obviously value privacy and get the importance of alone time, but in our ideal living situation there are also times when we have people over and share communal spaces together!

Haloooo everyone, I’m looking forward to meeting you! I’m 23 years old and I’m from Rome, Italy, but I’ve been living and studying in the Netherlands for the past three years. Currently, like Luna I’m getting my Master’s degree in International Relations at the Central European University.
I’m very open and sociable and really enjoy being around people. I would like to create a safe space to call home where I can feel free to relax around nice roomies :) I’m always up for a beer or a glass of wine and a long chat about whatever you like. I like to do yoga and swim, going to the movies I am passionate about politics.
I value open communication and I think that it should be a priority in a shared flat so that things go smoothly. I’m quite tidy and I like to be in a clean environment, I’m not anal about it but I do find it important.

Hi, I’m Luna (23), originally from The Netherlands but have lived in Berlin for the past four years. My German is super mediocre though so would be really down to practice! I love trying new things, which these months have been boxing and learning Arabic, but I also enjoy going for runs and doing some yoga. I definitely enjoy being around people, but also need my personal space from time to time. Additionally, I am a fervent podcast listener and only have a ~little crush on Esther Perel. As said above, I am really looking forward to a space where we can have cozy movie nights together, talk about our lives and communicate clearly but kind.
