Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer und eine separate Küche, in der das gemeinsame WG-Leben stattfindet. Zudem gibt es ein Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette. Im Flur stehen geräumige Schränke zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock und ist bequem mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen.

The room is available either furnished or unfurnished. The monthly rent is 540€. Our apartment is located in a modern new building, well-insulated and warm during the winter. The apartment features a total of 3 rooms and a separate kitchen where shared flat life takes place. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet. Ample storage space is available in the hallway. The apartment is on the 5th floor and is easily accessible with an elevator.

Der lebhafte Schwedenplatz ist in nur 20 Gehminuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe, mit einem Penny-Markt nur 100 Meter und einem Billa-Markt nur 250 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.

Our apartment is located in a quiet area and is just a 5-minute walk from the Roßauer Lände (U4) and Taborstraße (U2) subway stations. The bustling Schwedenplatz is only a 20-minute walk away. Shopping options are also nearby, with a Penny market just 100 meters away and a Billa market just 250 meters from the apartment.

In unserer 3er WG leben wir nach dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss". Momentan wohnen zwei Jungs bei uns. Jan ist 23 Jahre alt, studiert VWL an der WU und arbeitet im Bereich Technology Consulting. Till ist 19 Jahre alt und studiert auch an der WU. Unsere Mitbewohner sind freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Abends in der Küche plaudern wir gerne über den Tag, respektieren aber auch, wenn jemand Zeit für sich braucht. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und freuen uns, wenn du dich am gemeinsamen WG-Leben beteiligen möchtest.

In our 3-person flatshare, we live by the motto "Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory." Currently, two guys are living with us. Jan is 23 years old, studying Economics at WU, and working in the field of Technology Consulting. Till is 19 years old, recently started to study at WU as well. Our roommates are friendly and open-minded. In the evenings, we enjoy chatting about our day in the kitchen but also respect if someone needs their personal space.
