As I am moving to another city, my cozy room in a 5-person WG in Schanzstraße near U3 Johnstrasse will be free. The room is around 12m?, non-smoking and it will be partially furnished (the wardrobe, the desk and the chair will remain in the room).
The flat is on the first floor (but there is an elevator), it has a big kitchen/living room and two bathrooms (one of them with a separated toilet). All the furniture in the flat is pretty new and the kitchen is well equipped. The rent is 325 euro per month. Electricity and internet are extra but they are not too much. The deposit is €1000.

Da ich in eine andere Stadt ziehe, ist meine gemütliches Zimmer in einer 5er-WG in der Schanzstraße nähe U3 Johnstraße frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m groß, rauchfrei und wird teilweise möbliert sein (der Kleiderschrank, der Schreibtisch und der Stuhl bleiben im Zimmer).
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock (aber es gibt einen Aufzug), sie hat eine große Wohnküche und zwei
Badezimmer (eines davon mit separatem WC). Alle Möbel in der Wohnung sind ziemlich neu und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Miete beträgt 325 Euro pro Monat + Strom/Internet. Die Kaution ist €1000.
Location
The flat is on the border between the 15th and the 14th district, close to the station U3 Johnstraße as well as several tram and bus stops (49, 9, 10A). The area is really nice, full of life, and has nearby parks, bars and shops for everyday life (Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Penny, Eurospar, Bipa, DM, Meiselmarkt, pharmacy, Erste Bank etc.) Schönbrunn Palace is also 20 minutes away by foot.
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 14. Bezirk (an der Grenze zum 15.), in der Nähe der U3 Station Johnstraße, sowie einigen Bim-und Bushaltestellen (49,9, 10A). Die Umgebung ist ziemlich nett, lebhaft, und es gibt sowohl Parks und Lokale, als auch Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Penny, Eurospar, Bipa, DM, Meiselmarkt, Apotheke, Erste Bank etc.). Schönbrunn ist auch in 20 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
About Us
Currently there are 3 guys, and 1 girl living in the apartment - Donny (28), Kimy (25), Juan (27) and Mahmoud (34) - we are a diverse international group and definitely a good company. We are pretty quiet people and are all working or doing our Master's degree. Although we are not always home at the same time, we sometimes cook together and like to have a beer/chat together in the evening when possible. We follow a weekly cleaning plan and find open communication to be important.

Derzeit leben 3 Jungs und 1 Mädchen in der Wohnung
- Kim (25), Emilio (23), Juan (27) und Mahmoud (34) - wir sind eine bunte internationale Truppe und kommen immer gut miteinender aus. Wir sind alle recht ruhig und arbeiten bzw. machen gerade ein Masterstudium.
Obwohl wir meistens nicht alle gleichzeitig zu Hause sind, möglich manchmal gemeinsam oder sitzen gerne bei einem Bier am Abend gemütlich zusammen. Wir haben einen Putzplan und es ist uns wichtig, dass wir offen miteinander sprechen können.
