Hey wir sind Irina, Nikola und Jonas,
da Nikola zum Ende des Monats hin auszieht, wird in unserer WG ein süßes kleines Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist hofseitig gelegen und dadurch angenehm ruhig, groß ist es ca 9qm. Die hohen Altbaudecken und der Fischgrätparkettboden machen es auch nochmal extra wohnlich.
Für die Einrichtung im Zimmer (exkludiert: Schreibtisch und Stuhl) wäre eine Ablöse für 155€ fällig.
Hey we are Irina, Nikola and Jonas,
Nikola is leaving the appartement at the end of the month and making space for a nice new roomate. The room is roughly 9 squaremeters. The herringbone-parquett-floor and the high ceilings make it extra comfy and livable. The room is located towards courtyard and thus pretty quiet.
The furnishing in the room (excluding chair and desk) must be bought for 155€ from Nikola
Die Wohnung liegt direkt auf der Grenze vom 2. und 20. Bezirk. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut.
Die Strassenbahn 2 geht direkt vorm Haus, die Bahnstation Traisengasse ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die U6 unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
- ca 20 Minuten zur Hauptuni
- ca 20 Minuten zur WU
(mit dem Rad beides ca. 10-15min)
-unter 5 Minuten zum Augarten
-ca.8 Minuten auf die Donauinsel
-ca. 10 Minuten zum Prater bzw Praterpark

The appartment is located just on the edge of the 2. and 20. district. Public transport connections are pretty good.
The tram (2) goes directly in front of the building. The railway station Traisengasse is like 5 minutes walking distance. U6 is roughly 10 minutes by foot.

-5 minutes to Augarten (Park)
-8 minutes to the danube island
-10 minutes to the Prater respectivly Prater Park
The next grocery store is like 400 meters.
Ein bisschen zu uns...
...Irina: Ich bin Irina, bin 22 und komme aus Salzburg. In meiner Freizeit mache ich am liebsten Sport, aber gehe auch sehr gerne mal feiern oder bin mit Freunden unterwegs. Ich hab bis vor Kurzem ein Auslandsjahr in Spanien gemacht und bin im September mit meinem Bachelor fertig geworden. Und jetzt im März starte ich den Master Internationale Wirtschaft an der Uni Wien. Ich freu mich schon mega auf ein cooles gemeinsames WG-Leben!
...Ich bin Jonas und 20 Jahre alt. Ich studiere im jetzt dann 2. Semester Politikwissenschaft in Wien, komme ursprünglich aber aus der Nähe von Nürnberg. Ich mache fast täglich Sport, koche sehr gerne, bin gern mit Freunden (z.B. einfach chillen, Reisen, Skifahren, fortgehen).
a little about us:
-Irina: She's 22 and originally from salzburg. She enjoys doing sports and being out with friends. She's "abroad" for the last year in Spain. She's finished her bachelor in international business last year and is starting her masters this semester.
-Jonas: I'm 20 years old and originally from nuremberg germany. I do lots of sports, love cooking and enjoy being with friends.
In der WG ist uns sehr wichtig, dass wir KEINE Zweck-WG sind, sondern, dass man sich sehr gut versteht und gemeinsam was macht z.B. gemeinsam Feiergehen, kochen, am Sonntag vormittag zsm brunchen oder einfach beieinander im Zimmer chillen.:) Und die Basics bei der Ordnung und der Sauberkeit müssen natürlich auch da sein:).
Ansonsten wäre noch eine Ablöse von 100€ fällig, für allerlei Dinge z.b. neues Kochgeschirr, Deko etc.

For us it's super important to not just only have somebody convenient who pays rent but a good friend who we enjoy hanging out with and do stuff i.e. going out, cooking, maybe go for a jogg etc. The vibe has to be there. Besides that the basics when it comes to cleaning and stuff have to be there.
Also we're going to need 100€ from you because we need to make some purchases (new pans for example).
