In unserer wunderschönen 4er-WG am Volkstheater wird ein Zimmer (18m2) für Juni frei. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, kleine Kommode, Schreibtisch inkl. zwei Monitore und Stuhl. Die Miete enthält alle Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom, Heizung etc.).

A room (18m2) is available in our beautiful 4-person shared flat at the Volkstheater in June. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, small chest of drawers, desk incl. two monitors and chair. The rent includes all additional costs (internet, electricity, heating etc.).
51 Sekunden bis zum Volkstheater, 20 Sekunden zum Weihnachtsmarkt am Spittelberg, 23 Sekunden bis zum Supermarkt (Spar), 66 Sekunden bis ins MQ, Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte für alles in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Das Beste daran, die Kirchberggasse ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist trotzdem sofort im Trubel der Großstadt!

The location in 7th district is seriously the best. From the flat, you’ll walk 51 seconds to the U3 station Volkstheater, 23 seconds to the next supermarket (Spar), 66 seconds to the MQ, bars, restaurants, stores and everything you need is always just a stone’s throw away. The best thing about it: the flat’s street is very quiet (basically no traffic) but you’re still not far away from the hustle & bustle of central Vienna.
In der KBG (aka KiBeGa, aka Kirchberggasse) ist es immer super entspannt und gemütlich. Wir haben keinen Putzplan, keine WG-Kasse oder Ähnliches, jeder putzt einfach mal wenn es nötig ist oder kauft mal Klopapier wenn es leer ist. Ansonsten unternehmen wir häufiger etwas gemeinsam, z.B. Bar-Abende, Serien-Abende oder Spiele-Abende, Koch-Sessions, willhaben-actions, kleine WG-Haushaltsprojekte, Beerpong-matches, kurze bis stundenlange Partien an der Dartscheibe im Wohnzimmer oder gemeinsames chillen mit oder ohne friends & family.
Wir würden uns natürlich freuen wenn du dir das WG-Leben auch ungefähr so vorstellst, wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG und möchten das auch nicht werden :)
Wir sind David, 25, aus der Steiermark und am längsten in der WG, leidenschaftlicher und vor allem guter (!) Musiker, besiegt liebend gerne seine Mitbewohner im Dart, ist aber trotzdem ein herzensguter Mensch und man könnte sich kaum einen besseren Mitbewohner wünschen
Thies, der norddeutsche Riese, 28 arbeitet mit Leidenschaft an seiner Doktorarbeit in Robotik. Wenn er nicht gerade Roboter zum Leben erweckt, verteidigt er Volleyballfelder mit einer Hingabe, die selbst die besten Profis beeindrucken würde.
Dann gibt es noch Philip, 28, kommt aus München und ist seit 5 Jahren in Wien, arbeitet von Zuhause, kocht gerne (vor allem Reisgerichte), geht zum Sport oder zum Saufen, massiver Foto und Video-Nerd

Living in the flat (aka KBG or KiBeGa for the street name) is always super chill and cosy. We don’t have a plan for cleaning or a shared piggybank, everyone just cleans parts of the flat when they look like they’re due or buys toilet paper when it runs out. We also like to do a lot of things together, e.g. spending a nice evening in a bar (when they’re open), watching a movie or series, hosting game nights, cooking sessions, beerpong matches, working on small home improvement projects, playing Darts for hours on end on our own Dart Board in the living room or simply hanging out with friends & family. We would be really happy if you have a similar concept of living in a shared flat and not only want to move in for the limited purpose of sharing a flat, but to socialise too :)
We are David, 25, passionate and talented (!) musician from Styria (Steiermark), loves to beat his roomies in Darts but is actually a kind-hearted guy and the best roommate you could imagine :)
Thies, the north German giant, 28, is working on his PHD in robotics and an avid volleyball player
Philip, 28, from Munich and in Vienna since 2018, works in Marketing, likes to cook (mainly rice dishes, you’ll see), loves doing sports, going out and is a huge photo & video nerd
