Dein Zimmer umfasst ca. 17m² und liegt südseitig zu einer verkehrsberuhigten Einbahnstraße. Es ist bereits mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch und einem Sessel ausgestattet. Das großzügige Wohn- und Esszimmer (20m²) blickt auf einen schönen grünen Hof und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der ausziehbare Esstisch bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen – perfekt um auch mal Freund:innen zu einem Besuch einzuladen. Bald kommt auch noch eine Couch und ein TV dazu, um gemütliche Filmabende zu ermöglichen. 😊
Die Küche ist modern ausgestattet mit Ceran-Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler und großem Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine, und es gibt ein separates WC. Im Keller steht dir ein 5m² großes Abteil und ein geräumiger Fahrradraum zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung wurde 2015 komplett saniert – daher sieht sie auch sehr schön aus. ☺️
Ich habe die Wohnung seit Kurzem angemietet und bin noch dabei, sie einzurichten. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du dich gerne bei der weiteren Dekoration beteiligen – zum Beispiel habe ich noch keine Pflanzen ausgewählt. 🙂

Your room is approximately 17m² and faces south onto a traffic-calmed one-way street. It is already furnished with a bed, a desk, and a chair. The spacious living and dining room (20m²) overlooks a beautiful green courtyard and invites you to relax. The extendable dining table can accommodate up to 8 people – perfect for inviting friends over. A couch and TV will soon be added to make cozy movie nights possible. 😊
The kitchen is modernly equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and large refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, and there is a separate toilet. In the basement, you have access to a 5m² storage unit and a spacious bicycle room. The building is very well-maintained and the apartment was completely renovated in 2015 – so it looks very nice. ☺️
I have recently rented the apartment and am still in the process of arranging it. If you’d like, you are welcome to help with the further decoration – for example, I haven’t chosen any plants yet. 🙂

Wien Hbf (U1, S-Bahn und Fernverkehrszüge) ist in 9 Minuten, Wien Mitte-Landstraße (U3, U4) in 11 Minuten und Stephansplatz in 17 Minuten erreichbar.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist vieles noch schneller erreichbar – zur TU Wien über die neu gestaltete Argentinierstraße – einer Fahrradstraße nach niederländischem Vorbild – sind es nur 9 Minuten. 😅

Directly across the street is a BILLA supermarket, and Hofer and Penny are just a few steps away. For relaxing walks or sporting activities, Belvedere Palace and the Botanical Garden are ideally located nearby.
The public transportation connections are excellent:
The Rennweg train station and tram lines 0, 18, and 71 are only a few minutes' walk away.
Vienna Central Station (U1, S-Bahn, and long-distance trains) can be reached in 9 minutes, Wien Mitte-Landstraße (U3, U4) in 11 minutes, and Stephansplatz in 17 minutes.
By bike, many places are even quicker to reach – for example, it takes only 9 minutes to get to TU Wien via the newly designed Argentinierstraße – a bike street modeled after Dutch standards. 😅

Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit mir – Alexander. Ich bin 28 Jahre alt, habe kürzlich mein Masterstudium abgeschlossen und arbeite als Softwareentwickler. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne aktiv unterwegs – sei es auf dem Fahrrad, beim Yoga, Wandern oder auf Reisen.
Darüber hinaus schaue ich gerne Filme/Serien, treffe Freund:innen und gehe zu Musik-Events. ☺️
Es wäre toll, wenn wir ab und zu gemeinsame Aktivitäten unternehmen würden – sei es ein gemeinsamer Koch- oder Film-Abend, eine Yoga-Session, ein Ausflug mit dem Fahrrad oder auch einfach mal bei Bier/Tee/Kaffee zu plaudern.
