Neben dem ruhigen Zimmer in Hoflage erwartet dich ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (ink. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle), großer Eingangsbereich und Terrasse.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und die Möbel werden für eine Ablöse von insgesamt 300€ abgegeben. Der Preis ist natürlich auch verhandelbar.

I’m Ari and next summer I am finishing my Erasmus year in Vienna, that’s why I am leaving a very nice centric room free. It’s a room in a shared flat with two other flatmates, located in the 19th district (bordering the 9th district). The room is 12 square meters.
Apart from the room facing an inner garden from the building, a bathroom with bathtub, a full-equipped kitchen (which includes dishwasher, washing mashine and microwave), a big entrance and terrace are waiting for you.
The room is also equipped, and the furniture will be sold for 300€. The price is, of course, negotiable.

Hi, mein Name ist Felix (26) und ich studiere Technische Physik an der TU Wien. Neben dem Studium habe ich jetzt eine Praktikumsstelle für das nächste Jahr bei Bosch ergattert. In meiner Freizeit tanze ich seit über zwei Jahren Cuban Salsa und bin damit in der Regel zwei Abende pro Woche mit Kursen oder Social Dance Parties beschäftigt. Sonst gehe ich auch gerne mit Freunden bouldern, ins Kino oder auf Konzerte. Außerdem koche ich auch gerne.
Hallo, ich bin Antonia (23) und studiere Neuropsychologie. Gerade schreibe ich meine Masterarbeit. Wenn ich nicht gerade an der Uni bin, arbeite ich mit Menschen mit Behinderungen. In meiner Freizeit gärtnere ich gerne, gehe tanzen, bouldern und bin viel draußen in der Natur!

In my free time I'm dancing Cuban Salsa for over two years now and usually two evenings per week I'm busy going to courses or social dance parties. I also like to go bouldering with friends, to the cinema or music concerts. Furthermore I really enjoy cooking.
Hi, I'm Antonia (23) and I'm studying neuropsychology. I'm currently writing my Master's thesis. When I'm not at university, I work with people with disabilities. In my free time I like gardening, dancing, bouldering and being outdoors in nature!
