Your future room has around 14 square meters, parquet floor and 4 m high ceiling, so it is very spacious and very cozy, with a great view of the city. The furniture can be either completely or partially taken over for "Ablöse". It depends on the agreement. Its free from 1st of August, but we can agree on 1st of July as well. :)
The apartment is located in an old building, but is completely renovated. The total rent is 780 € (this amount really includes everything, i.e. internet, electricity, water, etc.) In the apartment there is one bathroom with shower and bath and toilet, 1 toilet with laundry room, 1 kitchen and 1 living room and also a balcony.
The apartment is located in the 4th district, close to the Technical University, Karsplatz and Naschmarkt. All supermarkets such as Spar, Billa and Hofer are a 5-minute walk away. There are also many cafés, bars and restaurants in the area. The underground is also just a short walk away, the U1 is 5 min. and the U4 10 min. Also many tram and bus stops 3-10 minutes from the apartment.
It's a 3er WG, currently 1 guy and 2 girls. Germany, Luxembourg and Austria. We all get along very well. It's a good combination of work-student apartment. We all have really different schedules but we always talk when there is a chance :)
We are looking for a relaxed, easy-going and open-minded person who likes to meet new people and can contribute to our small community :)
