Hallo! Ich untermiete mein Zimmer im August und September, das Einzugsdatum sollte entweder der 01.08 oder der 15.08 sein :)
Das zimmer ist super hell und schön - ein perfektes zuhause!
Die Fenster blicken auf einen Park vor der Wohnung, die Strasse ist auch ruhig.
Die Wohnung wurde vor ein paar Jahren renoviert, es gibt eine vol - ausgestattete Küche, zwei Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon.
Mit der Straßenbahn sind es 15 min in die Stadt, mit dem Rad auch ca 15 min.
Sehr nette Gegend und die netteste WG :)
Du solltest so offen, LGBTQ+-freundlich, tolerant, rücksichtsvoll, chillig und unschwurblerhaft sein wie wir. :)

Hello! I'm subletting my room in August and September, the move-in date should be either August 1st or August 15th :)
The room is super bright and beautiful - a perfect home! The windows overlook a park in front of the apartment, the street is also quiet. The apartment was renovated a few years ago, there is a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room and a balcony. It's 15 minutes by tram into the city, and about 15 minutes by bike. Very nice area and the nicest shared apartment :)
You should be open, LGBTQ+ friendly, tolerant, considerate, chill and unconventional as we are. :) no place for racism, homophobia, sexism
