Die schönste Sommerresidenz in Wien 🌞
Eine große, gemütliche und komplett eigenhändig renovierte Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Wien-Urlaub braucht.
Nur 2 Minuten vom Kaiserwasser, der Alten Donau und der Donauinsel entfernt ist das Urlaubsfeeling perfekt. Im Keller ein Standup Paddle Board, das gerne verwendet werden darf, der Balkon mit Blick übers Wasser, das 13qm Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon. Lisa, meine Mitbewohnerin, eine 23-jährige Sozialarbeits-Studierende, kann über ihr Fenster selber zum Balkon raus, dein Zimmer ist also kein Durchgangszimmer. Lisa kocht gerne und viel, teilt alles kameradschaftlich, außerdem wird gelegentlich gebastelt und natürlich viel draußen im Grünen und am Wasser gechillt 🏝️
Schreib mir gerne für welchen Zeitraum du dich interessierst, dann besprechen wir alles weitere (Ablauf der Schlüsselübergabe, Kosten etc)
Wichtig - es handelt sich um keine Party-Location, ich habe die letzten 5 Jahre viel Liebe und Energie in diese Wohnung gesteckt und wünsche mir, dass sie auch so behandelt wird. Dafür wird dann auch alles geteilt, fühl dich wie zuhause und hinterlasse es auch so 🫶🏼

The flat is huge and cozy, with everything you need for a relaxed stay at the Austrian Capital.
Only 2 minutes by foot in all directions, you can choose to go swimming, standup paddling or just hanging at the water at Kaiserwasser, Alte Donau or the Donauinsel - all great spots to be outside and enjoy nature!
Still, if you want to enjoy the more inner city and maybe the Viennese Nightlife, the way to dive into all of this will take maximum half an hour and one fun ride with the metro. All the urban hotspots are easy to reach, yet you can rest at the popular summer hot tip and enjoy the "sea side" of Vienna.
Your flatmate Lisa, a 23yrs old social work student from Vienna, will share the space and probably the food she cooks with you. She loves enjoying a chill time, going to Donauinsel and as I said, cooking and doing creative stuff.
I hope you enjoy your stay in my flat which I have renovated by myself over the last years and have a great time in this beautiful area! 🫶🏼
