Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und obwohl es direkt an der Straße ist, ist es mit geschlossenen Fenstern sehr ruhig! :) Es ist direkt am Eingang der Wohnung und dadurch etwas von den anderen Zimmern abgeschottet.

The room is very bright and although it’s right on the street, it‘s very quiet with the windows closed! :) It’s right at the entrance of the apartment and thus somewhat isolated from the other rooms.
Die Lage in der Laudongasse ist perfekt. Man hat sehr gute Anbindungen und Supermärkte sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der zentralen Lage und der Nähe zum Gürtel erreicht man schnell etliche Bars und Restaurants.

The location in Laudongasse is perfect. You have very good connections and supermarkets are within walking distance. With the central location and the proximity to the Gürtel, you can quickly reach several bars and restaurants.
Wir sind zu 4. und studieren alle in Wien, sind alle gut befreundet und verbingen gerne Zeit miteinander, machen aber alle auch unabhängig davon viel mit Freunden.
In erster Linie schauen wir alle, dass wir es möglichst sauber halten und unser Zeug wegräumen, wenn es sich aus diversen Gründen mal nicht ausgeht, ist das jedoch auch kein großes Problem.

There are 4 of us and we are all studying in Vienna, are all good friends and like to spend time together, but we also do a lot with friends independently. Foremost, we all make sure that we keep it as clean as possible and put our stuff away, but if something gets left from time to time, that's not a big problem.
Ein Highlight an der Wohnung ist der Wintergarten, der bisschen zu unserem Wohnzimmer geworden ist. Man kann sich entspannt raussetzen, drinnen fernsehen oder einfach nur rumhängen. :)
Das Zimmer wird nur zur Zwischenmiete im Zeitraum vom 11.03.2025 bis zum 11.06.2025 angeboten. Bitte nur schreiben, wenn dieser Zeitraum für dich passt.

A highlight of the apartment is the Wintergarden, which has become our living room. You can sit out and relax, watch TV inside or just hang out. :)
