Hola, inquilino de Futuro.
Iré a Suiza para trabajar desde junio hasta finales de octubre. Así que 5 meses.
Estoy buscando a alguien que quiera un corto plazo en Viena. Prefiero tomar a alguien que va a permanecer el tiempo necesario que me voy.
La habitación está completamente amueblada (me quitaré mis pertenencias personales, pero aparte de que todo es utilizable)
Tengo la habitación más grande en el piso con unos 27m2. con las 3 ventanas tienes una gran vista panorámica. Mi sistema de entretenimiento saldré de aquí (TV y sistema de sonido en todo el mundo) así que si quieres puedes disfrutar de un bonito Cine 🎥.
Es agradable y espacioso y es un gran espacio para salir con amigos.
Esto es un piso sin fumar y me gustaría mantenerlo así.
La cocina y el baño son realmente un punto culminante en este piso ya que ha sido recientemente renovado.

I am looking for someone who wants a flat short term in Vienna. I would prefer to take somebody that's gonna stay the required time I'm gone.
The room is fully furnished (I will remove my personal belongings but other than that it's all usable)
I have the biggest room in the Flat with about 27m². with the 3 windows you have a great panoramic view. My entertainment system I will leave here(TV and Surround sound system) so if you want you can enjoy some nice Cinema 🎥.
It's nice and spacious and it's a great space for hanging out with friends.🎈
This is a no smoking flat and I would like to keep it that way.
The kitchen and the bathroom are really a highlight in this Flat as it has been freshly renovated.

You can reach The Danube River(25min) and the city center(10min) very fast.
Los chicos del piso son muy armoniosos y humorísticos. A veces cocinamos juntos, vemos películas o espectáculos, o incluso entrenamos juntos. Son realmente solidarios, amables y divertidos para vivir. Siempre hay buena energía en el apartamento, y te sentirás bienvenido desde el primer día.
