Es ein schönes Zimmer von 14 m2 mit Blick nach Süden. Es ist ziemlich quadratisch, was es einfacher macht, es einzurichten und zu einem gemütlichen Raum zu machen. Es enthält ein Bücherregal, einen Nachttisch und einen Kleiderschrank, die gegen eine Ablösung behalten werden können. It is a beautiful 14 m2 room with view towards the south. It is quite square, which makes it easier to furnish and turn it into a nice room. It contains a bookcase, a bedside table and a wardrobe that can be kept in exchange for a compensation. The flat is 94 qm and consist of a very bright full equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet and a good size living room with view to the Viktor-Adler-Platz. A wash maschine is also available.

Die Wohnung liegt am Viktor-Adler-Markt. Wenn man zieht einen traditionellen Markt dem mondernen Supermakrt vor, ist es die perfekte Lage zu wohnen. Man findet Obsgeschäfte, Fleischereien, Fischgeschäfte, Käseladen, österreichiste und arabische Bäckereien und geschäfte, die in arabische Spezialitäten spezializieren. Es gibt natürlich auch mehrere Supermarket Ketten in weniger Minuten erreichbar (Billa 3', Spar 5', Hofer 7', Lidl 7', Etsam 3', DM 5'...).
Die Verkehrsmittle Möglichkeiten sind Optimal: Um die Ecke (2' zu Fuß) sieht man schon Keplerplatz-U1 und mehrere Tramlinien sind auch in der nähe (Linien 6 und 11) und der HBF ist in 10' zu Fuß erreichbar oder 3' mit dem U-Bahn. Das Amalienbad, der Botanischengarte und der Schloss Belvedere befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. 10. Bezirk ist einer des großten Bezirks Wien. Es ist ein traditionelles Arbeiterviertel, das in lezten Jahrzehnten viele Leute aus der ganzen Welt aufgenommen hat. Wir haben uns auch im letzten 3 Jahre gut eingelebt und haben keinen Grund zur Klage.

The flat is located at the Viktor Adler Market. If you prefer a traditional market to a modern supermarket, this is your place. You'll find fruit shops, butchers, fish shops, cheese shops, Austrian and Arabic bakeries and shops specialising in Arabic specialities. There are of course several supermarket chains within a few minutes (Billa 3', Spar 5', Hofer 7', Lidl 7', Etsam 3', DM 5'...).
The transport options are optimal: around the corner (2' walk) you can already see Keplerplatz-U1 and several tram lines are also close by (lines 6 and 11). The main station is a 10'-walk away or 3' by underground. The Amalienbad, the Botanical Garden and the Belvedere Palace are also in the vicinity. The 10. district is one of the largest districts of Vienna and a traditional working-class neighbourhood, which in the last decades has become the new home of people from all over the world. We have settled in well over the three years and have no reason to complain.

Ich heiße Isaac (35) und komme aus Spanien. Ich habe Sprachwissenschaft studiert und mag überraschenderweise Sprachen und Literatur aber Wandern, Schwimmen, Spazieren (mein Zeil ist eventuell alle Gassen, Alleen, Straßen und Plätze Wiens kennenzulernen) und Radsport sind mir auch lieb. Ich bin ruhig, aber gesellig, und diese Beschreibung passt gut auf meinen Mitbewohner Abu (30). Er kommt aus Bangladesh und arbeitet vollzeit arbeitet in der Finanzabteilung eines österreichischen Unternehmens. Wir legen viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung, und auch wenn wir ab und zu ein geselliges Beisammensein und eine Party zu schätzen wissen, genießen wir unsere Ruhe an Arbeitstagen.

My name is Isaac (35) and I come from Spain. I studied linguistics and surprisingly I like languages and literature but I also like hiking, swimming, go for walks (my goal is to eventually get to know all the alleys, avenues, streets and squares of Vienna) and road cycling. I am quiet but sociable and this description also fits pretty well to my flatmate Abu (30). He comes from Bangladesh and works full time in the finance department for an Austrian company. We attach a lot of importance to cleanliness and tidiness, and although we appreciate a social gathering and a party now and then, we enjoy our quiet on work days.
