Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut.(Ubahn, S-Bahn und Bus in Gehweite)
Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert. Falls dir die Möbel nicht gefallen, kannst du aber auch gerne deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen.
Im Sommer kannst du den Garten nutzen oder dich auf der Dachterrasse in die Hängematte legen.

The location is very quiet, but the connection to public transport is very good. (U-Bahn, S-Bahn and bus within walking distance)
The room is already furnished. If you don't like the furniture, you are welcome to bring your own furniture.
In summer you can use the garden or lie in the hammock on the roof terrace.
Durch die tolle Infrastruktur ist man fast überall in ca. 20 Minuten. Vor allem im Sommer ist es super, da man sehr schnell im Grünen ist.
5 Gehminuten zur U1 Großfeldsiedlung
10 Gehminuten zur SBahn Station Leopoldau
1 Gehminute Bus 29A nach Floridsdorf

Es würde mich auch freuen, wenn wir ab und zu gemeinsam etwas unternehmen oder uns am Abend auf ein Glas Wein/ Tee zusammensetzen.
Das Haus bietet viel Platz und natürlich kannst du alle Räume nutzen und Freunde nach belieben einladen.

During my studies, I lived with 2 flatmates and I really enjoyed it at the time. That's why I would like to share my house with nice people. I would also be happy if we did something together from time to time or sat down for a glass of wine/tea in the evening.
The house offers a lot of space and of course you can use all rooms and invite friends as you wish.
Momentan arbeite ich noch Vollzeit als Digital Marketing Expert und Nebenberuflich als Fotografin. Ab September werde ich allerdings wieder zum studieren beginnen. Generell bin ich sehr an Musik, Fotografie und Film interessiert. Ich bin sehr unternehmungslustig und darum oft nach der Arbeit und am Wochenende unterwegs.

At the moment I'm still working full-time as a digital marketing expert and part-time as a photographer. However, I will start studying again in September. In general, I am very interested in music, photography and film. I am very adventurous and therefore often out and about after work and on weekends.
