We rent out a fully furnished room in our wonderful shared flat from 1 March 2023 for a minimum of 7 months. The monthly rent is 480.5€, all included.
The room measures 10,5m² + a 3,2m2 gallery, and offers a view onto Vinzenzgasse (very calm) and Aumannplatz itself. It's very bright and the ceiling is very high. The room comes equipped with a strategically placed high bed, a wardrobe, a sleeping couch, a working desk and a small table.
We also have a large bathroom including an awesome corner tub, a small living area, a toilet with a window, a kitchen + dish washer and lots more.
For people whose daily routine revolves around the university or BOKU or Uni Wien, the arrangement is virtually ideal. The flat is situated only 15 minutes away from the Boku by foot and 5 tram stops away from the main university campus. The nearest underground stop is U6 Währinger Straße/Volksoper station. Sternwartepark and Türkenschanzpark are situated in the immediate vicinity. Also the tram lines 40 and 41 to Schottentor are only 1 minute walk away, allowing you to get to the city centre really fast.
Overall this has always been a flat where people got along very well and from time to time spent time together over a glass of wine or dinner, but it's also a flat where everyone lives their own life and is not obligated to hang out a lot. Nevertheless, we are very respectful of each other and our neighbours, and are definitely a no party flat. Having a quiet and nice home is top priority.
About us:
Susanne is composing music and working on her master thesis in architecture.
Camilla is doing an internship and will move out in February (You will get her room!).
Julius is working for a start-up.
Mattia is doing his PhD in Biology.
The flat is not a Zweck-WG, but also not a party-WG. We respect each other’s space and pay attention to an uncomplicated company in the flat. We are looking for non-smokers ;) LGBT+ people and internationals welcome!
