Da ich von März bis Ende Mai im Ausland bin, wird in meiner WG ab 1. März ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer hat 24m2, ist super hell und in die Pfluggasse ausgerichtet (Sackgasse=sehr ruhig!). Ich werde nur für ca drei Monate weg sein und vermiete das Zimmer daher möbliert (Bett, Kleiderkasten, Schreibtisch, Sofa, etc.).

Since I'm not in vienna from match to may, a room in my shared apartment will be available from the 1st of march. The room has 24m2, is super bright and facing the Pfluggasse (dead end=very quiet!). As I will only be away for approximately three months, I am going to rent my room furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa, etc.),

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit direkter Anbindung an 37, 38, 33, 5&40A. 40, 41, 42, U6, U4 und U2 sind zwischen 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Uni Wien und die MedUni sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit den Öffis zu erreichen:)

The apartment is very centrally located with direct access to 37, 38, 33, 5&40A. 40, 41, 42, U6, U4 and U2 are between 5-10 minutes walking distance. The University of Vienna and MedUni are within 10 minutes by public transport:)

Meine Mitbewohnerin, Katha (24), kommt aus Vorarlberg und studiert gerade Ernährungswissenschaften und freut sich bald ein neues Gesicht in der Wohnung willkommen zu heißen:))
Katha und mir war/ist Sauberkeit und ein respektvolles Miteinander sehr wichtig. Wir sind ein freundschaftliches und entspanntes Zusammenleben gewöhnt und Katha würde sich freuen, wenn dass mit dir auch möglich ist:) Demnach ist die WG keine Zweck-Wg, sondern ein freundschaftlicher Wohlfühlort. Ab und zu gemeinsam kochen oder in der Küche tratschen, gehören zum Pflichtprogramm ;)

The apartment is a shared flat for 2 people. My flatmate, Katha (24), comes from Vorarlberg and is currently studying nutritional sciences and is looking forward to welcoming a new person in the apartment soon:))
For Katha and me cleanliness, a respectful relationship and a relaxed living together was always very important. We appreciate open-mindedness and people who are happy to meet new people and have good times together:) Accordingly, the WG should be a feel-good place. Cooking or chatting in the kitchen was always a great part of living together:)
