Hello! From the end of december we´ll have a free room in our super-central WG. The room is 22sqm, so you´ll have plenty space to be creative. It is also pretty bright, especially in the morning and mid-day, so you already have a good start in the day. Unfortunately we don´t have any more common space other than the kitchen, but we all have a room about 20sqm, so usually we hang out in each others rooms, which is something I‘ll miss. We don´t have a washing machine in the apartment, but there´s one in the basement and also a dryer. In the kitchen there's everything you'll need (or more) because everyone who has moved out has luckily left something there for the next generation. WC and bath are also separated.
I took all of the furniture from the last guy living here, and even got some new stuff, but will leave everything, so I would leave them there too, for a compensation of 650 (I got the it for 750). It includes a double-bed, a bed-side table, a wardrobe, a big desk, a bookshelf, a couch, a TV a clothes horse and a clothing rack.
The seventh district is great for young people! Here you'll find pretty much everything you need. Nice cafes, cool bars and good restaurants! Also all the main supermarkets (Hofer, Spar, Billa and Lidl) are all within five minutes walking. Plus Berliner Döner, the best döner place in Vienna (in my opinion) is just around the corner! :)
When it comes to public transport tram nr 49 is 1-2 min away and it takes you to the ringstraße and from there you can get anywhere. Also bus nr 13a which i‘ve been takingto class everyday is only two blocks away. Within ten minutes by foot you can also get two of the main metro lines. So in general you can get anywhere quite easily and also pretty much all night, especially on the weekends.
You would be living with Carla, Sascha and Fabian. All very uncomplicated and nice people!
Carla is 22 and is from Barcelona, she's studying philosophy and political science at the University of Vienna, prior to this she did a BA in art history, so anything humanistic Carla loves :) With Carla you will for sure be invited to listen to her vinyl collection and have a beer.
Sascha is 20 and is from Ukraine. Sascha has been studying in Vienna and will continue studying fashion and art history this autumn. If you're nice he might even cook you an amazing vegetarian meal!
Fabian is from Austria and studies music engineering, which keeps him quite busy. In general we have quite separate schedules but when we have the chance we try to do something together!

I can also add that everything except electricity is included in the rent, the electrical bill comes every three months and is a fixed price of 37€ per person :))
