Da ich im Sommer länger reisen werde, wird mein schönes Zimmer in meiner tollen WG für 1-2 Monate frei :). Somit verbleiben meine tollen Mitbewohnis Julia (25), Kathi (25) und Luca (24) in dem Zeitraum in der Wohnung. 🤗
Zimmer
Das Zimmer ist 24m² groß, geräumig und ist durch die zwei großen Fenster wunderschön hell. Auch wenn das Zimmer zur Straße ausgerichtet ist, hat man es ruhig, da die Millergasse verkehrsberuhigt ist.
Das Zimmer ist selbstverständlich möbliert.
Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, unser Wohnzimmer hat allein 35m², es gibt 3 Vorräume und Flure, 2 Bäder und 2 getrennte WCs. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Trockner sind auch in der Wohnung und zum kochen und backen gibt es auch alles was das Herz begehrt.
Lage
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein:
Die Wohnung liegt knappe 5 Gehminuten von der inneren Mariahilfer Straße entfernt. Nahe gelegen befinden sich die U-Bahn-Linien U3, U4 & U6 sowie der Westbahnhof; mit diesen gelangt man schnell überall hin.
Weiters befinden sich die Haltestellen der Straßenbahnlinien 6 und 18 sowie die Buslinie 57A in der Nähe.
Auf der Mariahilfer Straße selbst sind genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale zu finden. Im Endeffekt ist man bei der tollen Lage aber auch zu Fuß recht schnell überall ☺️. Wenn Bedarf besteht, könnte man mein Rad auch für die Zeit gegen eine kleine Gebühr entleihen.
WG-Leben
Die 2 Mädels kennen sich noch aus Schulzeiten. Kathi ist in den letzten Zügen ihrer Studien (Psychologie und Politikwissenschaften), Julia arbeitet in einer Marketingagentur. Luca ist seit Juli Mitglied der WG und studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik. Gesucht wird nach einer oder einem Mitbewohner:in, der oder die Teil dieses Gespanns werden möchte.
Das WG-Leben verläuft sehr harmonisch. In der WG freut man sich, wenn man mal gemeinsam was unternimmt, gemeinsam kocht/isst und abends einfach mal zusammensitzt, hier wird aber natürlich auch jedem seine/ihre Privatsphäre gelassen.

my room will be free for one or two months in my wonderful shared flat while I go traveling. This leaves Julia (25), Kathi (25) and Luca (24) in the flat. You could move in on the first of July.
The room is approximately 24m2 and due to its big windows quite bright and the furniture is of course staying there. The whole flat is quite huge. We have a living room of approximately 35m², 3 hallways connecting all the rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. There's all one could need - a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, a lot of cooking and baking supplies, a TV and so on.
I really love living here, the flat is very well situated - you have 3 different underground lines and a train station in walking distance and generally there is loads to do around here. There are many nice restaurants and cafes, the longest shopping street of Vienna is also just around the corner. The next supermarkets are also only 3 minutes by foot. If there's interest I could also lend you my bike for a small fee.
The 2 girls already know each other from high school. Kathi is studying political science and psychology, Julia is working in marketing. Luca moved in last July and is studying business informatics. We are looking for a roommate who would like to be part of this team.
The flat share life is very harmonious. In the shared apartment, we enjoy doing stuff together, cook/eat together and just sit together in the evening, but of course everyone has their privacy here.
