it is a small, but cozy room on the second floor which faces the innenhof. it has the beautiful altbau wooden floor with extremely high ceilings. my room is pretty minimalistic, but has everything you need :)
i will be leaving for hawaii next week, but will return to vienna after a couple of months.. that’s why i am looking for someone to take over my room in the meanwhile.
i am a very clean and organized person, so ideally i would like to find someone who is the same in that aspect — my room is my baby ;)
the location of our flat is perfect! the 13A bus and the 2 tram are less than 3 minutes away from the flat by foot. the U3 and U6 are both only about a 10 minute walk away. the neubaugasse and mariahilferstraße are also reached by foot :) there are many cute cafes in the surrounding area plus a billa, spar and hofer all less than 5 minutes away.
i have one roommate, isabella, who is 27, from germany, vegetarian, studied ernährungswissenschaften and is just sweetest! she is super easy going and so fun to be around!
our apartment consists of our two bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen :) there is not an extra room for a living room, but we just usually hangout in each others rooms or the kitchen when we do spend time together!
