I am sad to be moving out of my room in this wonderful Altbau on Burggasse.
The room has a mezzanine (elevated platform), two large windows around 3m high, parquet floors and high ceilings. We are located above a pizzeria, which means no neighbours below ;) and they keep us warm during the winter.
The room is large, so large I was able to split it into 3 spaces:
The main area contains two couches, a table, two high shelves, and a chest of drawers. Both couches are sofabeds.
The second area is underneath the bed, there is a desk, a chair as well as rails to hang clothes; a brilliant study area.
The third area is reachable through climbing up the stairs, this is the bed area, I have added carpets, it is lovely and warm in the winter and is a perfect place to chill.
The room is a corridoor room, but rest assured you will not be bothered much, I have similarly built up an enterance to separate the room from the corridoor.

10 minutes away from the U6 Burggasse Stadthalle
5 minutes from the number 5 strassenbahn
5 minutes from the bus to Volkstheater U3
10 minutes away from Zieglergasse U3

In the flat there are 3 others, Luka and Daniel . Daniel has a full time job, when he’s not working he enjoys yoga and being with his friends.
Luka studies Philosophy, he enjoys listening to music, playing video games and chilling with friends.
We enjoy drinking together, sharing stories and chatting about life. The flat is really laid back and is the right amount of social and private.
Both Luka and Daniel smoke in their own rooms and in the kitchen. My room is specifically non smoking.
