In the corridor there are 2 toilets, an open kitchen with eating table for 3 persons, a bar table with high chairs.
The kitchen has a combi microwave (with hot air function and gril), water cooker, coffee machine, induction stove, pots, pans, plates etc.
Further the apartment has a new washing machine. The house has a special bike parking facility.
The location is very quiet and central, just few walking minutes from the Naschmarket and subway U4 Kettenbrùckengasse.
The old city is easy walkable as well as the TU (technical university), Jura (law university), university main building etc.
The Naschmarkt area is the place to be in Vienna. No othe area has a higher concentrain of modern bar and restaurants, galleries etc. It is also the center of vegan and gay life in Vienna.

Bus 13a is at the next corner.
Spar supermarket is 1 minute walking.
At the end of the street, two blocks from here, there is a back every with small grocery open 24/7

The common area is not that large, so its not alot of work to keep it clean and tidy. Its just the open kitchen, the WC and the hall way.
