Ich suche für meine Altbauwohnung im 18. Bezirk
(Martinstraße, Nähe Währingerstraße) eine/n nette/n
Mitbewohner*in für Dezember und Jänner.
Eckdaten: Die Wohnung hat 58 qm, 3. Stock mit Lift, sehr hell, sehr ruhig, (Innenhof) mit den Öffis
gut erreichbar (U6 AKH oder Volksoper bzw. Bim 40, 41, 42). Sehr gute Infrastruktur mit Bauernmarkt, netten Cafes und Lokalen etc. ums Eck. Auch kleinere Parks sind in der Nähe (Schubertpark, Türkenschanzpark). Dein Zimmer hat ca. 20 qm.
Verfügbar wäre die Wohnung von 20.Juli bis 24. August 2024 entweder für den ganzen Zeitraum, kürzer oder eventuell auch länger. Bei einem kürzeren Zeitraum müssten wir über die Kosten extra besprechen. Es gibt 2 getrennt begehbare Zimmer. Eines davon bewohne ich, bin aber selten da. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc. ist vorhanden.
Das Wohnschlafzimmer hat einen Parkettboden. Es gibt eine bequeme Schlafcouch. Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit Toaster, Blender, Kaffeemühle, etc.
Auf Wunsch kann die Wohnung auch durch eine Reinigungskraft zwischendurch gereinigt werden.
Die monatlichen Mietkosten inklusive Betriebskosten, Heizung, Strom, Gas und aller Nebenkosten betragen € 480,- pro Monat inklusive Nebenkosten für eine Person. Das Zimmer wird nur an eine Person und nicht an Paare vermietet.
I am looking for a nice interim tenant for my apartment in the 18th district
(Martinstraße, near Währingerstraße)
Some facts: 58 sqm, 3rd floor with elevator, very bright, very quiet, (courtyard) with public transport
(U6 AKH or Volksoper or Bim 40, 41, 42). Very good infrastructure with a farmer's market, nice cafes and pubs etc. around the corner. Smaller parks are also nearby (Schubertpark, Türkenschanzpark). The Viennese forrest is also close.
The apartment would be available from July 20th till August 24th 2024 either for the whole period or shorter. For a shorter period we would have to discuss extra about the costs. There are 2 separately accessible rooms. Bed linen, towels, etc is provided. I stay in one room but I am rarely there.
The bedroom has wooden floors, in the living room there is also a comfortable sofa bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped with toaster, blender, coffee grinder, etc.
If desired, the apartment can also be cleaned by a cleaning person in between.
The monthly rental costs including operating costs, heating, electricity, gas and all utilities for one person is € 480,-. The room will only be rented to one person, not 2 friends or a couple.
