The apartment consists of a total of 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and an open living/dining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
The available bedroom is approximately 10m². It can be purchased now.
The rooms can currently be rented unfurnished or furnished. If you rent furnished, you have to pay an extra €20 per month.
The shared apartment is on the top floor of a multi-party house.
There is space in the backyard to park bicycles protected from rain and theft. There is also a separate, locked basement room to store small items.
It's only a 5-minute walk to the university and 2 minutes by bike. 😍
Bakery, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, shopping opportunities are right around the corner.
The train station can be reached on foot in under 10 minutes.
It is about 1 km to the city center.
Hello everyone,
We are 3 girls and have all moved into the shared apartment (founding a new one).
That's why we're renting out a total of 1 room in our spacious shared apartment.
We speak English and German in the shared apartment.
We are looking for an open-minded, friendly, loving and communicative roommate for our shared apartment. Bachelor's and master's students, as well as trainees and young professionals, are welcome.
We are not a shared flat share and would like to do something together as a flat share, such as
playing games🎳,
cooking evenings🥘,
going to the park/lake🏝️🌳,
outdoor activities on weekends🏔️, etc.
We both like to party 🪩,
go to concerts/ Festivals 🎶
or to a bar 🍸
and often meet up with friends.
You should be tidy and have a sense of order. We attach great importance to keeping our common areas (bathroom, kitchen, living room) tidy and clean and have a cleaning schedule.
Every roommate has their own place for personal things in the bathroom and kitchen :)
Time to retreat in the room is just as important to us as a nice conversation in the evening, for example in the living room ☺️

Shared apartment was recently re-established after the apartment was completely renovated.
The shared apartment can be viewed on site or via video call.
Introductions with the roommates will take place online as we are not all currently in Worms.
