WG near Worms HBF/Hochschule

Der Bahnhof ist nur etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein Lidl sind nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Selbst Fitnessstudios können innerhalb von 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Lage ist somit sehr günstig. Darüber hinaus gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Dönerladen, eine Pizzeria und asiatische Restaurants. Die Hochschule befindet sich ebenfalls nur etwa 8 Gehminuten entfernt.


The train station is located just about 5 minutes from the house, and shopping facilities like a Lidl are only 2 minutes away. Even fitness studios can be reached within a 6-minute walk. The location is very convenient. Additionally, there is a kebab shop, a pizzeria, and Asian cuisine in close proximity. The university is also just approximately an 8-minute walk away

Deine Mitbewohner sind äußerst freundlich und legen besonders viel Wert auf Sauberkeit. Sie legen großen Wert auf eine harmonische Atmosphäre und eine gepflegte Wohnung. Du kannst jederzeit mit ihnen plaudern und gemeinsame Aktivitäten unternehmen, wie beispielsweise gemeinsames Kochen. Hauspartys sind bei uns nicht üblich. Einer deiner Mitbewohner stammt aus Indien und der andere aus dem Iran. Da beide zusätzlich zum Studium Deutsch lernen, wäre es von Vorteil, wenn du dich halbwegs gut auf Englisch verständigen kannst.


Your roommates are very friendly, and cleanliness is highly valued. They prioritize harmonious coexistence and maintaining a clean apartment. You can always engage in conversations with them and do activities together, such as cooking. We do not host house parties. One roommate is from India, and the other is from Iran. Since both are still learning German alongside their studies, it would be beneficial to have a decent level of English proficiency for effective communication.

Sonstiges

Die Wohnung würde ich gerne für 1.5 Monate untervermieten. Danach würde ich mein Studium an der Hochschule fortsetzen und mein Zimmer wieder beziehen. Falls man ein abweichendes Anliegen hat: bitte einfach kontaktieren und fragen. Fragen kostet nichts, vielleicht findet man ja einen Kompromiss. :)

I would like to sublet the apartment for 1.5 months for the price of only €450. After that, I will continue my studies at the university and move back into my room.
