Die Wohnung misst 97m² ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die geräumige Küche und das Wohnzimmer werden gemeinsam genutzt und bieten reichlich Platz für Besucher. Besonders reizvoll sind auch das Tageslichtbad und die Badewanne.
Die Wohnung besteht des weiteren aus 3 WG- Zimmern die alle gleich geschnitten sind.
Durch das große Fenster deines Zimmers kommt den ganzen Tag viel Licht herein. Das Zimmer ist normalerweise unmöbliert, aber unsere alte Mitbewohnerin will ihre ganze Sachen verkaufen. (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, usw.)
Zusätzlich verfügt es über einen eigenen TV Anschluss.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, und möchten das gerne auch so fortführen.
In dem Haus wohnen insgesamt 5 Parteien, die hauptsächlich von Studenten besetzt sind.
Lidl befindet sich direkt gegenüber und kann bis 21 Uhr noch für Spontaneinkäufe genutzt werden. Rewe ist auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt und bis zur Hochschule sind es gemütliche 10min zu Fuß, ebenso zum Bahnhof.
In den Nebenkosten ist alles enthalten (Wasser, Gas, Strom, Waschmachine, TV, Rundfunkgebühr, Internet und Telefon), die Gesamtmiete beträgt demnach 460€.

The apartment is 97m² big and is very generously sized. The kitchen and living room are shared and provide ample space for visitors. Especially attractive are the daylight bath and the bathtub.
The apartment also consists of 3 room which are all the same cut. The light comes in through the large window all day long. The room is usually unfurnished, but our old roommate wants to sell all her belongings. (bed, closet, desk, etc.) In addition, it has its own TV connection.
We are not a purpose-WG, and would like to continue like that.
In the house live a total of 5 parties, which are mainly occupied by students.
Lidl is right across the street and can be used for spontaneous purchases until 9pm. Rewe is also just minutes away and the university is a 10min walk, as well as the train station.
The additional costs include everything (water, gas, electricity, washing machine, TV, radio, internet and telephone), the total rent is therefore 460€.
