Folgende Maschinen können mitbenutzt werden: Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke mit Eisfächern, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Staubsauger. Eine Putzfrau ist incl. im Preis und sorgt für Ordnung. Der Vermieter arbeitet Kaiserstraße, ist somit bei Problemen leicht erreichbar. Die BEwohner sind zumeist ausländische Sprachstudenten und einige Deutsche.
