ich suche für meine Mitbewohner ab dem 01.02.2020 eine nette(n) Nachmieter(in).
Das helle quadratische Zimmer ist ca 25qm groß, hat schöne Holzdielen und 2 große Fenster. Zu unserer 100qm Altbauwohnung gehört neben den Zimmern von Paddy und Mattis, ein großes Wohnzimmer, zwei gemeinsame Bäder und die Küche. Die Möbel würde für den Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete im Zimmer bleiben, daher die 420€ Kaution.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Altstadt, grenzt schon am Frauenland. Die Bushaltestelle Annastraße ist in 2 min erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Kupsch, Norma, eine Apotheke und Sparkasse. Also alles was man so braucht :)
Deine Mitbewohner wären Paddy (26), der Soziale Arbeit studiert und Mattis(26), der gerade sein Abitur macht. Das WG Leben ist total harmonisch und ruhig, jedoch sind beide immer für ein oder auch vier Bier zu überreden.
