Innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichst Du so die Würzburger Innenstadt.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Großer Garten und Keller werden von Mietpartei im EG mitgenutzt,
das Dachgeschoss wird als Lager und Atelier-Büro genutzt.
Viel Natur: Nutzung des Gartens zum Entspannen oder Gärtnern optional: alles kann, nichts muss; Zimmerpflanzen, Terrassenbegrünung, Kräuter-Hochbeete, Gemüsebeete sowie die Haltung von Kleintieren sind möglich und von der Vermieterin gestattet. Die Zimmer sind abschließbar.

Kleines neues Badezimmer mit Wanne.

In der schmalen Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Herd sind div. Elektrogeräte (Mikrowellengrill, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine), einige Küchenutensilien sowie Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Durchgangsbereich zum Essbereich im Wintergarten und/oder auf die Terrasse.

Lagerplatz in Schwerlastregal und Waschmaschine befinden sich im Keller.

Two rooms in a 3-person shared flat in a quiet neighborhood for € 450 per month
(1-year INTERMEDIATE RENTAL : 04/17/2023 — 03/31/2024).

Room in a cozy and charming semi-detached house (1st floor, not barrier-free) with an open house community in the Frauenland district (Keesburg / Sieboldshöhe),
with the bus line 6 super centrally and quickly connected.
You can reach the city center of Würzburg within 15 minutes.
The nearest bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away.

Large garden and cellar are used by tenant on the ground floor,
the top floor is used as a warehouse and studio office.
Lots of nature: use of the garden to relax or garden optional: everything can, nothing has to;) — indoor plants, terrace greening, raised beds of herbs, vegetable beds and keeping small animals are possible and permitted by the landlady. Vineyards for relaxed evenings, long walks and even more tranquility are just a few steps away.

Very quiet residential area > not suitable for those interested in partying.

No direct shopping facilities in the residential area, but along the bus route
or 5 minutes by bike away.
10 minutes walk to the swimming pool.
15 or 20 minutes on foot to THWS or Uni Hubland.
Plenty of parking spaces WITHOUT a parking permit.
Garage for storing two-wheelers.

Both almost square rooms each have six sockets, SAT/CABLE connection and of course there is high-speed WiFi.
Both rooms can be completely darkened with blinds and curtains.
The eastern room has 14 square meters with large double windows to the terrace and view of the garden and is unfurnished (€ 450/month).
The room towards west has 12 square meters with large double windows facing the street and is rented out furnished with a double-door wardrobe, desk (large or small) and 140x200 cm bed with slatted frame WITHOUT mattress (€ 450/month).
The rooms are lockable.

Small new bathroom with tub.

In the narrow kitchen with dishwasher, oven and stove, various electrical appliances (microwave grill, kettle, coffee maker), some kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are available. Transit area to the dining area in the conservatory and/or onto the terrace.


Storage space in heavy-duty shelves and washing machine are in the basement.
