Ich, Johannes (24), BWL-Student, suche für meine 3er-WG zwei neue Mitbewohner, da meine beiden Mitbewohner leider ausziehen müssen. Die beiden Zimmer sind 15,3 m² (frei ab 15.2.) und 14,5m² (frei ab 1.3.) groß. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, hat einen schönen Holzfußboden, einen geräumigen Flur, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und eine Küche mit Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle. Haushaltsgeräte sind in großer Zahl vorhanden, ihr bräuchtet also nichts mitzunehmen. Die Zimmer sind hell und schön geschnitten.
Mietpreis wäre für die beiden Zimmer jeweils ca. 300€ warm (exklusive Internet)
Die Wohnung liegt im Frauenland, Busanbindungen sind sehr gut: zur Sanderuni sind es 15 min zu Fuß und zum Hubland sind die zwei Bushaltestellen nur 3 min zu Fuß entfernt! In der Altstadt ist man in 20 Minuten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe un gut zu erreichen.
Also, wenn ihr interessiert seid an einer WG, in der man auch mal gemeinsam kocht oder abends was zusammen unternimmt, dann meldet euch bei mir :-)
