Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter/ Nachmieterin für ein schönes Zimmer in unserer 2er Wg ab Mitte-Ende Februar, da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht.
Das Zimmer wäre teilmöbliert abzugeben ( Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch von Ikea in weiß alles für 100 Euro). Der Mietpreis könnte nochmal ein bisschen nach unten gehen ab April da wir den Energieanbieter und das Internet wechseln.
In der Wg ist alles soweit vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine etc.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon, eine geräumige Küche und liegt Stadtnah. Zur Haltestelle Annastraße sind es 5 min. und bis in die Innenstadt läuft man ca. 15 min.
Ich bin 25 und mache gerade meinen Master in Biologie.
Bei Interesse einfach kurz schreiben ( vllt schon mal ein paar Infos zu dir) und dann machen wir einen Termin aus.
