da ich (Amy, 23 Jahre alt) für meinen neuen Job schönen Würzburg verlassen muss, wird mein Zimmer zum 01. Mai frei.
Das Zimmer ist in einer 2er WG in Grombühl. Straßenbahnhaltestelle, Supermarkt (Kupsch) und Bäcker sind um die Ecke. Das Zimmer an sich ist 16qm groß und dank Altbau sehr hoch und hell. Vom Fenster hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Festung!
Das Zimmer kostet 270€ im Monat mit alles schon in den Preis drin (Heizung, Strom, Telefon, Internet).
Mein Mitbewohner, Wilko, ist Doktorand und seit ein Jahr hier in Würzburg.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, könnt ihr gerne vorbeikommen. Ruft einfach beim Wilko an und wir machen einen Termin aus.
