Hello everybody ✌🏼
We are renting out one of the rooms in our wonderful 2 room apartment in Grombühl, Würzburg. The flat has a big kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet and a big balcony. The room which is up for rent has 17 m² and is fully furnished with a sofa, a bed, a desk, shelves etc. The flat is located right next to the Universitätsklinikum (perfect for med-students) and 2 min away from the tram (Senefelder Straße). Since I'm also going to be doing my Erasmus the next year, the room is free for two semesters. :) With all additional costs (including gas, electricity and internet) the rent amounts to 440€.
You're flatmate would be be Christoph, a 24 year old English and history student who is very open minded, sociable and likes to have the apartment clean. We / he are specifically looking for someone not just to share the apartment with, but to hang out, he also gets along with, and someone to maybe once in a while have a drink on the balcony with. If you are interested or know anyone who might be interested, just message me privately and we'll find a date for you to (virtually or in person) see the apartment :)
