Das Zimmer ist sehr sonnig. Es ist eher klein geschnitten aber dadurch sehr gemütlich. Ich habe es schon komplett möbliert und werde es gerne möbliert vermieten. Es enthält einen Kleiderschrank, ein Bett, eine Kommode und einen Spiegel:) ich würde dir alles für 350 € verkaufen. Ist auch noch verhandelbar.

The room is super ☀️☀️sunny, it will be furnished. I will leave all my furniture there. ( bed, cupboard, mirrow, lamp) i would like to sell you everything for 370€:)
Die Lage ist wirklich super!! Du bist in 5 Minuten am Main, an dem du entlang spazieren oder joggen kannst. Die Straßenbahn hält 2 Minuten von unserem Haus entfernt. In die Innenstadt kannst du auch laufen und bist in 20 Minuten da. Du kannst hier super parken:)
The location is in Sanderau. It is a nice lovely district. Our flat is close to the river. And you are super fast in the city center. You can actually walk. The cool thing is also parking is super easy here :)) and free!!
You will have a roomate: Alexia, who is from 🇫🇷 and works at the Uniklinik as a PhD student. She is calm and works a lot but is always open to talk about music, cinema or food. You will also live with Laura, from germany, who works as a cosmetician in the city. She loves travelling, languages, connecting to people and handcrafting all kinds of things. Our flat is easy going, relaxed without any strict WG rule, despite our cleaning schedule so we live a cosy environment at any time.
I will leave the flat because I am moving to another city.

Bitte überlege auch, ob du meine Möbel übernehmen willst, das ist sehr wichtig weil das Zimmer nur möbliert vermietet wird.
