Zimmer 1:
Das Zimmer hat etwa 18 m² und wird aktuell als Wohnzimmer genutzt. Geplant ist, es zum Zeitpunkt des Einzugs mit Bett, Kommode, etc auszustatten, sodass es vollmöbiliert übernommen werden kann. Verfügbar ab März bis einschließlich Juli, Verlängerung eventuell möglich.
Zimmer 2:
Das Zimmer hat etwa 14 m² und ist bereits mit hellen Möbeln ausgestattet. Verfügbar ab April bis einschließlich August, Verlängerung eventuell möglich.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad, eine Küche und 3 weitere Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist schon komplett ausgestattet, was auch mitbenutzt werden darf.
Außerdem gibt es im Haus ein Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradkeller.
Room 1:
It is currently the living room with around 18m². Costs are 500 €/month (negotiable). I would take out most of the furniture and will put a bed and a dresser. Table will stay as a desk. Couch as you want. It has a balcony. Sublease from 1st March until 31st July, extension possible.
Room 2:
Room has around 14m². Costs are 450 €/month (negotiable). Furniture can fully stay. Sublease from 1st April until 30st August, extension possible.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared, all equipment can be utilized. There is room for storage in the basement and there is a room for storage of bikes.
Zu Fuß ist man in 3 Min an der Straßebahnhaltestelle Fechenbachstr, im 15 Min ist man mit der Straba am Hbf. Edeka ist etwa 10 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten Kupsch und Norma (etwa 5 Min mit dem Fahrrad). Die Mainwiese befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und lädt zum grillen und entspannen ein.
The appartment is located in Würzburg Sanderau close to the Main river and the tram stop Fechenbachstr.

Ich suche jemanden, der vor allem ordnungsliebend ist und auch seinen Putzpflichten nachgeht. Das ist mir wirklich wichtig. Gerne Studenten oder auch englischsprachige Mitbewohner. Sonst solltest du natürlich auch nett, kontaktfreudig usw sein :) Melde dich und wir schauen einfach, wie das Ganze passt.
