The apartment was renovated 5 years ago and has a kitchen with table and chairs, bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet, which can be very convenient in the morning. In the basement there is a separate compartment for storage and a bicycle storage.
The nearest Straba station can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. From there, the bus also goes directly to Hubland, Wittelsbacher Platz, etc. The Sanderuni can be reached by bike in 10 minutes, the city is therefore just as fast.
In front of the door, there are usually enough free parking spaces.
We are not a pure purpose-WG and cook or like to do something together, if time permits. In the summer we were happy to be on the Main and barbecue. In the cold season, it is rather off and on for a common movie night out.
Thanks to our cleaning plan, we can make sure that everyone contributes their small part to the cleanliness and feel-good atmosphere. We have two (in numbers: 2!) Refrigerators. We pay a little attention to sharing common things (toilet paper, flour, bread etc) and everyone thinks there are such things.
