da ich für 6 Wochen ins Ausland gehe, suche ich einen netten und unkomplizierten Zwischenmieter. Eigentlich bin ich weg von Mitte Februar bis Ende März, das Zimmer kann ich aber auch schon ab Anfang Februar zur Verfügung stellen.
Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Hartmannstraße und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kupsch, tegut, rewe, dm) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Mitbewohner sind alle superlieb:
- Nick 28 studiert soziale Arbeit
- Abir 29 studiert und arbeitet
- Julian 31 arbeitet im Krankenhaus
Ihr könnt mich ab 26 Januar erreichen ----/-------) und vorher gerne mein Mitbewohnerin Abir ----/-------
