The room is situated in the 4th floor (last floor) and has a nice view over Barmen in two directions, east and north. Kitchen is placed in the room. Only the bathroom is shared. All costs such as electricity, heating, WLAN are included in the rent. The room will be fully furnished and the current furniture will be replaced by the brand-new furniture as the example pictures (Pictures belongs to another room but with similar furniture style).
One minute walk to the Adlerbrücke station (both Bus and Schwebebahn) and 6 min walk to Barmen Bahnhof. Several stores available by walk, Lidl 1 min, Akzenta and Aldi 3 min.
My roommate is very nice and quiet. He cares about keeping the shared areas clean as well as weekly cleaning of the bathroom. Since he works and studies hard during day, you may not have the chance to meet him quite often. We usually have a chat a nights. He is also a good companion for walking and playing kicker at weekends. One the other hand, the building is full of young students and you can meet them in the lounge, gym or play room.
