It is 60 sqm very spacious apartment fully furnished with beautiful and fitted kitchen. The apartment itself consists of 2 bedrooms, store room, a bathroom with a large bath-tub and a kitchen.
Dining-cum-bedroom: a bed, Couch set, a wardrobe and a desk
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen, oven, dishes (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.)dining table and four chairs and washing machine installed in this area as well.
We also have shared roof gable where anyone can easily put their clothes to dry.

The apartment is located in Elberfeld. The university is 15 minutes away on foot and the main train station is about 8 minutes away. There is an Aldi and Akzenta nearby (approx. 5 minutes). Further shopping opportunities are directly at the main station (Akzenta, Rossmann, Tedi, DM etc.). It takes about 5 minutes to reach schwebebahn and direct bus connections and S-bahn for Düsseldorf and Essen.
One roommate works as a consultant and the other is studying computer science at university, we regularly share and exchange new things in the kitchen, sometimes cook and have fun outside.
The two of us live here as friends, which is why a friendly and warm life together is important to us. You are welcome if you enjoy spontaneous and planned activities and are open to a chatty/friendly atmosphere.
We eat vegetarian as well as Non-veg here and keep things tidy and clean using a cleaning schedule and personal understanding of order.
We both are from India and we are open to meet and make new friends of any Nationality.
We are looking for a responsible person who will take good care of the apartment/room.
