Das Zimmer befindet sich im 3. Stock des Hauses, das wir als 4er WG alleine bewohnen. Es ist zwar relativ klein, hat aber eine kleine 2. Etage mit einer Matratze als Sofaersatz. Die Möbel und auch die Matzatzen bleiben im Zimmer, meine Sachen werde ich aber natürlich noch ausräumen, dass du genug Platz für deinen eigenen Stuff hast :)
Insgesamt haben wir den Luxus von 4 Bädern/Toiletten in unserer WG, deshalb musst du dir das Bad und Klo auf unserer Etage nur mit Maren, die ebenfalls im dritten Stock wohnt, teilen.
Die 2. Etage ist unsere WG-Etage mit Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und Gästeklo, wo wir auch gerne als WG zusammenkommen und rumhängen. Bei guten Wetter sind wir aber auch gerne in unserem kleinen Hof.
The room is located on the 3rd floor of the house, which we inhabit as a 4-person shared apartment. Although it is relatively small, it has a small 2nd level with a mattress serving as a substitute for a sofa. The furniture and mattresses remain in the room, but I will of course clear out my belongings so that you have enough space for your own stuff :)
Overall, we enjoy the luxury of having 4 bathrooms/toilets in our shared apartment, so you will only need to share the bathroom and toilet on our floor with Maren, who also lives on the third floor.
The 2nd level is our shared apartment floor with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and guest toilet, where we also like to gather and hang out together as a shared apartment. However, when the weather is nice, we also enjoy spending time in our small courtyard.
Unsere WG ist mitten auf der Luisenstraße und damit im lebhaftesten Viertel Wuppertals. Man ist fußläufig schnell in Kneipen, Cafes und hat auch ansonsten alles was man braucht in nächster Nähe. Dadurch dass wir das Hinterhaus bewohnen, ist es trotz regem Nachtleben angenehm ruhig und nicht zu trubelig.
Our shared apartment is located right on Luisenstraße, which is in the liveliest district of Wuppertal. You can easily walk to pubs, cafes, and have everything else you need nearby. Because we inhabit the rear building, despite the bustling nightlife, it's pleasantly quiet and not too hectic.
Du teilst dir das Haus mit Maren, Georg und Helen. Auch wenn wir alle wegen Studium und Arbeit viel unterwegs sind, wünschen wir uns keine Zweck-WG und finden es schön gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen.
You'll be sharing the house with Maren, Georg, and Helen. Even though we're all often busy with studies and work, we're not looking for a purely functional shared apartment and enjoy spending time together.

Was die Ein- und Auszugsdaten angeht, bin ich flexibel, falls es also nicht ganz so passt wie angegeben, sagt einfach kurz Bescheid :) Besichtigungs- bzw. Kennenlerntermine können gerne auch über Zoom o.ä. vereinbart werden.
Regarding move-in and move-out dates, I'm flexible, so if the dates provided don't quite work for you, just let me know :) Viewing or getting-to-know-you appointments can also be arranged via Zoom or similar platforms.
