Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mein WG-Zimmer in Elberfeld nähe hbf und den city Arkaden. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hat auch zwei große Fenster. Der Boden besteht aus Parkett, es gibt einen Keller und Balkon. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und bietet Platz zum Wäscheaufhängen. Die Mitbewohnerin ist offen und nett. Ich kam sehr gut mit ihr klar. Ich selbst bin Studentin, der Weg bis zur Uni ist ein Katzensprung durch die nahe Anbindung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Supermärkte wären der Aldi , Lidl und Akzenta (in den CityArkaden ) 3-5 min entfernt.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 210 € Warmmiete beträgt 300 € monatlich, mit allem drum und dran wie auch Internet.
Das Zimmer ist absofort zuhaben!
