Das Zimmer ist ca 3m x 5m geschnitten und hat ein recht großes Fenster, wodurch das Zimmer recht hell ist. Die Wg selbst hat noch eine große Wohnküche (Kicker, Dart und Spülmaschine sind die Highlights hier), ein Gäste-WC und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. In der Tundra/Kabuff könnt ihr dann eure Wäsche waschen lassen.
Die Miete von 192 Euro ist inklusive aller Nebenkosten, Internet und Telefon.
Bushalte ist ca. 2 Minuten entfernt. Schwebebahnstation 3 Minuten. Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß in 12 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus/Schwebebahn 3 Minuten. S-Bahn Station Steinbeck 7 Minuten Fußweg. Aldi eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Akzenta ca. 10 Minuten.
Und das Beste: Man ist sofort im Luisenviertel. Überall kann man gut essen und trinken.
Das Leben ist recht unkompliziert. Habe mich in meiner kurzen Zeit hier nicht beschweren können. Man macht ab und an was zusammen (Kochen, Feiern, Tatort gucken und trainieren), hat aber auch seine Ruhe, wenn man sie braucht.
Schreibt am besten eine SMS oder ruft einfach an, wenn ihr Interesse/Fragen habt (Handy meines Mitbewohners Carlo)
