Die Zimmer sind hell, groß, mit Stuck und einzeln begehbar. Sie gehen alle von einer großen Diele ab. Im sehr großzügigen Wohnzimmer für alle steht ein moderner Kamin. Von dort ist auch die große Terrasse mitten im Grünen begehbar. Die EBK ist drei Jahre alt und wie neu. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche und ein Gäste-WC. Im Keller lassen sich auch Fahrräder abstellen. Das Haus ist ein besonders schönes Bauwerk im wunderschönen Villenviertel am Zoo. Das Haus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu 2 S-Bahnlinien (S8 und S9). Die BAB ist nicht weit.
Zur Sambatrasse und in ein großes Waldgebiet ist geht es in 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Schwebebahn ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir sind Vollzeit berufstätig. Der Lebensrhytmus wird davon bestimmt. Die Chemie muss natürlich stimmen. Wir legen im ganzen Haus viel Wert auf achtsame und freundliche Mitbewohner.
Für Familien und Paare ist dieses Wohnmodell nicht geeignet.
